DO NOT EAT HERE. Worst Administration ever. Manager is insanely rude. Ordered online and placed the wrong pickup time. Called them 35 times to cancel order immediately after placing it. After an hour of calling the cashier answers and tells me my food has been sitting out the entire time. I explain how the app they chose to use to take orders requires customers to contact them directly. The manager proceeded to tell the cashier in the background to hang up and that they do not answer the phone. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE. Seoul Street has way better food and way better admin.Kid-friendliness: NONE

Quick, delicious, Korean fried chicken. The price and service were great and I'm definitely adding this my rotation.

The kimchi tofu tacos had sausage in it! Tteokkbokki drenched in excess, chalky sauce and fish cakes tasted off. Thankful for my interactions at the front but I won't be back for anything.

EDIT. ALSO ORDERED VEGGIE BOP AND IT HAD SAUSAGE IN IT. Ordered an hour before and came a few minutes after pick up time.Stood around figuring the boy behind the counter in a phone call would acknowledge a customer. I had to say something after standing for a few minutes which is not a big deal but then he just came back and put his finger up and went back to the side not even listening to the fact I had a pickup order. I just feel like with time sensitive food and orders the food quality goes down the more time it just sits after being made. Stood for 10 minutes and just saw him crouched behind the counter not on the phone then. My pickup order was the one on the counter he could have just gave me instead of sushing me and ignorning me. A woman came back and just asked if I had a pickup and gave me my order with no explanation or sorry I told her I had been standing and ignored. I paid for 30 dollars worth of food plus a tip. But I'd be wrong if I disputed the chargers for my cold cheese dogs and other food. Not sure if there was a barrier language wise because it was my first time ordering (which happens and I understand personally) but my experience makes me worried after driving from Belleville just to try the food if it's worth it again.

One of the best Korean chicken in Ann Arbor! I used to get takeout from here all the time. Their small popcorn chicken is fairly priced and has so much food that it's enough for 2 whole meals. While soy garlic is good, I recommend getting half soy garlic half spicy so that the sauces can combine together for some delicious bites. A lot of my friends also LOVE their bulgogi tacos.

This was my first time and the food was definitely good. However, it was more costly than expected for a take-out place. Would still recommend for others to give it a try. Just not my price point for this.

This is another heart breaker. The Novi location is not actually called Hola Seoul for one, so if you place your order online, good luck because it ain't going through. Now for the Ann Arbor location. Full disclosure, both locations have delicious food. Outstanding. However, there are serious flaws that make patronizing this business something you should definitely think twice about. I ordered food through delivery and it arrived...1/4 mile away and was left in a field. The driver then took a picture and uploaded it to confirm delivery. Who were you delivering to? A squirrel? A bum? Why would any adult with an IQ over 10 think this was acceptable? If this is how you'll do a delivery, what else are you doing? Serving old food or food that was on the floor? It took a week to get a refund. I will never go back to the Ann Arbor location. Just avoid this place like the clap. I'm dead serious. Watch them prepare your food or you run the risks associated with incompetent individuals.

The food wasn't that delicious as per other Korean Food places, but it was okay. The chicken wings were too much fried and almost tasted like

Recently dined at Hola Seoul in Ann Arbor and opted for their Korean bibimbap. Found the pricing to be quite reasonable, and the portions were well-balanced with an appropriate mix of veggies and rice. A notable touch was the inclusion of Pepper Paste (gochujang) as a side, allowing me to tailor the spice level to my liking. The thoughtful details and flavors have left me eager to explore more of their menu. Next time, I’m eyeing the Korean chicken and can’t wait to see what other culinary delights this spot has to offer. The experience was delightful, and I appreciate the attention to detail in creating an enjoyable dining atmosphere.

Bulgogi bent box was great and such a nice portion! Steamed giant dumplings were excellent as well. Will certainly be ordering again :)
