I ordered the meltdown grilled cheese twice within a 3 week period. Both times the sandwich came to me 100% un grilled. It wasn't even slightly toasted. I work in a high volume kitchen and this comes down to pure laziness and not caring about what the customer gets. I understand places are short staffed but this could definitely be avoided It tastes amazing otherwise I'd recommend not ordering it unless you're eating it there so you have the chance to at least send it back
Update: never order from them online. I ordered a burger and what was delivered was a very greasy, hard wrap with nothing but bitter lettuce stuffed in it. This place and its employees are an absolute joke! The manager doesn't even care at all when you complain or mention something that was wrong. If you cant have common sense and decency then get out of the restaurant business

I came in on a Tuesday with my sister and say at the bar, the wait for a table was 25 min and we were hungry! :) Shay was out server/bartender and was attentive and friendly. She checked in with us to ensure things were good and was prompt with our requests! Highly recommend!
