When you visit hot pot chen you need to make sure you get the black menu. The black menu contains their authentic and specialty dishes and makes this restaurant one of the top Chinese restaurants in the Ann Arbor area. They have really mastered fried meats with a crispy and spicy coating. Their noodle soups are also really impressive with deep and well balanced flavors. Overall, an excellent restaurant for flavorful and authentic Chinese food.

Their tofu dish, shrimp fried rice, beef teriyaki, fried noodles with mixed veggies and seafoods, my favorite sesame balls, eggplant dishes and the hot and sour soup are all very good.
