Ordered party combo for a baby shower, food was very good, hot and delivered on time. Only glitch was no napkins or paper plates, just forks (thank goodness I had bought shower themed)

Ordered a delivery, food arrived incorrect & when i called the store to let them know of the mistake, manager “Mark” insisted that I was lying. I didn’t ask for a refund or even a remake, just to let them know of the accident, the customer service was extremely poor. Will not be ordering from this location, if could give negative stars I would.

I have celiac disease and require VERY strict cross contamination avoidance with gluten, I know when it happens and every single time I have ordered from here I have had no problems. ZERO! (Except wishing I ordered more after I was done!) I always call ahead to let them know and every time they’re very understanding. They clean the work stations, pull from fresh crust flavorings, toppings, sauce, and a clean cutter for the pizza. I always tell them I DO NOT CARE HOW LONG IT TAKES, as long as you’re doing what you can to ensure my food is safe I could wait 1-2 hours or more and still be perfectly happy with my food, but even so they are still VERY FAST (less than an hour), making a quality product with great customer service and no issues to be had (so far at least). The assistant Mark is great, he has been the one to make my order 70% of the time (that I know of) and has been a godsend to give me the ability to eat at a CHAIN with my disease! There’s another worker who has taken care of my order a few times, a younger black man with braids whose name I haven’t the pleasure of catching yet (but will update review when I learn his name) who has done just as great a job as Mark with keeping my order both safe and delicious and couldn’t be more appreciative to them both and any others that I’m not aware of who may have made or helped with my orders. Upper management if you’re seeing this please give them a raise, every time being here has been phenomenal and they have a flawless reputation so far with me and I definitely see them as strong assets, I may not know their wages but I know if you’ve got workers like these you definitely want to keep them happy. I love this place.

Dietary restrictions: If you have celiac disease this is the best gluten free pizza and it’s cheap with the deal $10 each, just call in and be sure to let them know, have some understanding they’re people working, treat them well and you’ll have NO issues. I always tell them to just put my order off as long as they need to in order to keep my order safe. I order pickup but you should still TIP!! It goes a long way to show some love to the people actually making your food and keeping your pizza safe. I don’t expect people to jump through hoops and cater to our disease for 14 an hour, throw some love their way.

One of the best best flavored crust places you can get anywhere!! I've been ordering from this place for about 4 to 5 months. I am never disappointed. Either I get their get two or 2 med 1 topping with soda. I am very pleased everytime. I had my reservations being from NYC. Nope they exceeded them and more. Thank you for feeding me and you have a loyal customer here

This place deserves zero stars. 40 min estimated delivery time, took an hour and a half. When I called inquiring the girl said there was nothing she could do, no apologies, no estimate on delivery time. Food arrived ice cold and soggy. My son who is in the hospital whom this was for cried and now has nothing to eat.

I called and placed a order and the caller said the food will be there in about 40 mins, 1 hour goes by we call and ask about the status on the order and they say they didn’t feel comfortable bringing us our food, we then ask if they made it so we could go pick it up and they say no they did not make our food, very unprofessional customer service and will never go back here or call again.

Pizza arrived, nobody answered the door quick enough so the delivery driver proceeds to just leave with the pizza. not leave it at the door, call, or text. Upon receiving the pizza from the sarcastic driver, it looks as if it was crushed by the hammer of thor.. the quality was not there nor the presentation, and it tasted worse than Walmart brand frozen pizza. Boyfriend decides to call for either a refund or a redelivery. Customer service wanted to come back to my house and look at the pizza despite all of us trying a test bite. We never order from this this company and was ordered from a friend. In the end there was no resolution. We just threw it out

I order from them and me my husband and kids after 4 hours had diarrhea and throwing up and stomach hurting we all caught food poisoning from there pizza will never order
