Had pizza delivered, they forgot the ranch cups. I called to ask for them to be sent over as I was at work and unable to leave to go pick them up. Ta'Tieanna B., the manager, decided it was necessary to be very rude to me and tell me that unless I was willing to pay an additional delivery fee then "she didn't know what to tell me" about my missing items. Mind you, items that were paid for, not free. When I asked her why she was choosing to be rude after she slammed the phone down, she decided the best customer service was to hang up the phone on me. I have reached out to the corporate office and will be speaking to the owners about her unprofessional poor choices and attitude. Not the Hungry Howie's experience I receive at my home town local store. This was unacceptable.

I ordered here for awhile because they sometimes have a 51% off pizza deal that is advertised. It is never worth it though. They get my order wrong half the time. The managers have no idea what they are doing. For that matter, one of their drivers almost rear ended me once when I put my blinker on and turned. I don't think I want these people handling my food anymore.
Really great hot and fresh pizza! Had pepperoni with asiago crust. Antron was very friendly andsuper patient as I was already hangry... ?

Stopped in for a quick lunch, not only was great but it was quick. I ordered one of the lunch specials...a sub. Since this is close to work I will probably have it delivered next time.
