Iggy’s Eggies in Ann Arbor is one of those breakfast spots that instantly makes you feel at home. My daughter ordered the pancake concoction sandwich and absolutely loved it. She even poured syrup on it and enjoyed every bite. I had the make-your-own brioche sandwich with egg, bacon, avocado, and red onion topped with a jammy egg. It was exquisite. Every bite was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly balanced.
The restaurant feels like stepping into Nana’s kitchen with its bright, cozy atmosphere and charming décor. It has that warm, familiar touch that makes you want to stay a little longer just to enjoy another cup of coffee. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which made the experience even better.
Iggy’s Eggies is a true gem in Ann Arbor. You can tell there is real care put into the food and the little details that make the place so special. Whether you are there for a relaxed breakfast or a family brunch, it delivers every time. I will definitely be back, and next time I am ordering the pancakes for myself.

TL:DR - a very good egg sandwich for sure, but the price seemed a little expensive for what I ordered. The basic sandwich is reasonable for the quality, the price of some individual toppings is high. I'll be back to try a more basic sandwich for sure.
This was my first visit to Iggy's Eggies, and overall it was a very good egg sandwich. They offer a lot of combinations and options, I want to return to try some different combinations. I ordered the biscuit egg sandwich with smoked bacon, cheese, extra egg, arugula, and seasoned tomato, it was a takeout order. The egg was perfectly cooked, jammy yolk as described, very good, but it didn't taste as if it had any seasoning (I think a little salt and pepper would be good - perhaps personal preference). Bacon was good, but smoke flavor is very mild, I was expecting a bit more smoky flavor. I liked the seasoning on the tomato as well, a nice contrast to the other flavors. I got the Iggy sauce on the side and I'm glad I did - I enjoyed it, but this may not be liked by everyone, pretty sure it is a mix of dijon mustard, mayo, and I think some seasonings (maybe a little paprika?). The biscuit was good as well - flaky and light, good flavor.....it did disintegrate as I ate the sandwich, but I expect that with a good biscuit. The portions were good, I was full after eating the sandwich. I realize I ordered several toppings, but my order came to about $15 - that is a lot for an egg sandwich in my opinion, even with some toppings. Between tariffs and inflation, prices are up, so I know that contributes, and this is not that far off from other places that offer a house-made breakfast sandwich. The price for a basic sandwich with egg and cheese would be about $6, and with meat would be about $9.25 - this definitely more reasonable for the quality.
I picked up my sandwich about 2 minutes after the text came saying it was ready, and traveled by car about 5 minutes to my office to eat - by the time I got to eat, the sandwich was not warm. I don't know if the sandwich wasn't very hot when it was ready, or if it just loses heat that quickly, or if I was just unlucky. Next time I think I'll try to eat there, and try a different combo with the brioche bun. Overall it was a very good sandwich, but a little on the expensive side, I will definitely be back.

I am OBSESSED with this place! Me and my best friend have literally come here 5 times already in our one month stay in Ann Arbor (it will probably end up being 6 or 7 by the time we leave). Not only is it the perfect quick bite, the quality of the food is amazing and the service is great! The staff are some of the sweetest people.
Also shoutout to DreDay for giving us his hat!! He was the kindest. He literally made our day!!

I visited Ann Arbor for about a month and I came to Iggy’s 5 times (might make it a 6th before leaving).
I always get the original eggie with yellow cheddar, bacon, and avocado on an English muffin and it hits every time. The egg is perfectly jammy and the sauce they put on it is heavenly.
ALSO huge shoutout to one of the cooks, DreDay, who made my friend and I’s day by giving us his hat after we asked if they sell them (they don’t!). Everyone there goes above and beyond. IGGY’S WE LOVE U!

Even though they forgot our single hashbrown, I’m still giving this place a full 5 stars! I had The Bodega and honestly—it was incredible. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. The flavors were spot-on and everything was absolutely delicious. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the whole place had that cozy, classic diner vibe. If I lived nearby, this would definitely be a regular spot. Highly, highly recommend!

This is an epic breakfast sandwich experience. The egg is a soft boil-ish that gives the sandwich incredible flavor, but yet not a big drippy mess. You must try this!

Wasted $68 on some poorly made lobster rolls. I ordered 2 Connecticut lobster rolls with the Maine sauce on the side. I emphasized I wanted my lobsters HOT. Well, I got 2 COLD Maine lobsters with the bread not toasted and the sauce on the side. Wrong order and badly cooked. Waste of money, will NOT go again. It's not hard to please a customer, just try.
