Recently moved here. Best Indian food I've had in a long time. Good ingredients, proper masala ratios, and prepared expertly. If you're looking for a good meal, come here.

Been going to this place since it was in Ann Arbor. The food is great with some of the best fish curry and naan around. The balance of flavor and spice have always been on point. Just like the place in A2, the food is clearly the priority as the environment is nothing special. We were bummed when they closed shop in A2, but excited to see it resurface close to home. Looking forward to many future visits.

Hands down, the best Indian cooking in the area. I love the personal touch and Mr Shah is a dependable cook! I hope he expands the dining space in his new Ypsilanti restaurant. His take on Tandoori Chicken is moist amd a nice spice base with a nice mix of flavorful vegetables. I love his curries too, next time again. Another good addition on Washtenaw!

Reminded me of my roots. I personally liked the atmosphere, but I know that it may be too casual for most. Food was delicious and spicy (upon request).Dietary restrictions: They have seafood options.

Convenient location on solano. It's one of better Indian restaurants in area. Large indoor seating area that is nice.

I ordered Chole-Bhature(Type of Indian Bread). Let me tell you the food taste so much better than other restaurants. The Chef, Server and the owner himself has the passion of doing his job l. I had a good chat with him. We might think he has no people at his store but believe me the person alone is enough for the amount of people he gets. Not a fancy restaurant but definitely better service than others.

Grabbed some takeout on the way home and heard good things about this hole in the wall. Signage definitely isn't the restaurant's strong suit, but you'll find it under the banner of Foods of India. The premises look a little bit like a mix between a raided post-apocalyptic convenience store and break room, but you know that's the type of place where you'll get the good authentic stuff! We are greeted by a slightly grumpy gentleman shuffling between kitchen and cash register. Looks like this establishment is predominantly a 1-man show. Service was fast and even though we ordered right then for take out, food came as quick as 10 minutes. We took it home and chowed down. Honestly, it was some of the best chicken makhani ever had! Nice rust-colored, rich, creamy sauce, flavorful thigh meat, and a nice kick of heat in the back of the throat! The saag paneer was also great with a nice taste of spinach, fresh paneer, and a plethora of spice. While a slight preferential thing, the naan was a bit too fluffy and I like mine a tad thinner and crispy, but overall an amazing takeout spot if you're craving Indian food in Ann Arbor.

Food tastes great and you can tell the man running the place really has a passion for what he does. However, I had to change my rating to 1-star because the food made everyone ill. The place is not well-cleaned and food hygiene seems to be an issue. Sadly, I do not recommend. Such a shame too because the food tastes amazing.

Excellent food. Very kind owner who efficiently makes your meal and charges a very reasonable price. An extensive menu all of which is fantastic! Would highly recommend eating here.
