This review is for Marissa and her exceptional service. We had mistakenly placed our carry out order at another location and Marissa at Main St. location was kind and patient enough to cancel and quickly get our order going at the Main St. location. She was also managing a lot of walk in customers at the time and didn’t get overwhelmed at all. She was treating everyone with the same kind and joyful attitude. Apart from the amazing service, the food was great and portion size was more than sufficient. Will definitely recommend the Main St. location. Next time we plan to dine in. Make sure to reserve your spot online as the place is packed for weekend brunch.

Was really excited to come here and try the food! Upon entering everything was just awful. The host, the server and the manager were all super unprofessional. As someone who has worked in the food industry and has managerial experience this was just an unacceptable experience. We had sat down and after waiting 15 minutes we got checked in meanwhile those around us who got sat AFTER us had already been checked in. Took the waitress 20 minutes to come get the food order, she didn’t even check on us after the runner gave us our food. She checked on every other table in her section numerous times, and simply refused to come over to us. We needed an extra fork, so I asked the server for the other table and she looked at me like I just asked her to give me her life’s fortune. 10 minutes later she comes back with a fork. Server finally came over after I asked her to and was trying to act like nothing happened after she ignored us for 45 minutes. I requested to speak to the manager, because at this point we were just infuriated. She brought over the same fork girl, and I still don’t believe that was actually the manager, because if you’re giving me all this attitude for asking for a fork you’re on something. I explained to her that as a restaurant manager myself regardless of how busy you are there is no excuse to blatantly ignore your tables! If you have too many tables ask for help! They were staffed up enough. The “manager” offered us a discount which really was the least she could do after we waited ample time to order, and didn’t see our server until it was time to pay. This kind of service is unacceptable regardless of how busy or understaffed you may be. I believe we were treated poorly due to our ethnicity, and as unfortunate that is it’s reality. This establishment is racist, rude and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere!

One Time Only After 40 minutes wait، food is ok but not great!! had better French toast. Coffee was served cold.. Orange juice was not “ freshly made” like the waitress said. Waitress was ok did not offer any alternatives!or refills for drinks simply did not care much. Not coming back to this one👎

This is a MUST brunch location in Ann Arbor! My daughter and I split the breakfast burrito and the strawberry shortcake and we are still raving about it! Also, the breakfast margaritas were delicious! I would highly recommend joining the waitlist on a busy weekend, if you’re wanting to avoid waiting over an hour.

Food is great. However, they sneakily charge you 20% service charge AND ask you for a tip. Many times I’ve heard people fall for this and tip on top of the service charge. Terrible practice.
