they forgot to add my taro🥲
Genuinely unbelievable experience. We waited 40 minutes for one drink while the shop felt completely abandoned—no employees visible, no communication, no sounds of drinks being made. At that point, it was unclear if anyone was even working. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero respect for customers’ time. If you’re going to make people wait this long, the bare minimum is to acknowledge them. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.
It seems they ran out of regular boba and replaced my toppings without noticing me. The drink itself was extremely milky and did not have any tea flavor. Just call it MILK and not milk tea :(
They don’t do a good job sealing up the orders on Uber eats and DoorDash like what if my driver is evil and messes with my food please seal up the food and do a better job with closing. Thank you.

I ordered taro milk tea with boba and no sugar today, and it turned out to be very sweet. So i had to throw it away. I asked the employee, and she told me it was because the boba was sweat which made the tea sweet. I have gotten taro milk tea with boba and no sugar at other places before so i knew it couldn’t be the case. She could’ve said either their taro contained sugar in itself or she put sugar in the beverage by mistake.

I am a huge bobo tea fan . We bought Bobo tea today from this store , those are taste like rotten milk. After my first sip, I throw that away. Very disappointing experience. Never buy boba tea from there.

With the departure of Ding tea this is the new spot for bubble tea. Superior to all other options in the area.
I wouldn't come back. The boba was hard in the middle, there was a grainy texture, and I generally disliked the taste of my taro milk tea. I'm not sure if it's the organic ingredients they talk about that give it the texture but regardless it wasn't great.
Jasmine bubble tea is an absolute delight! The fragrant, floral notes of jasmine perfectly complement the creamy sweetness of the milk, creating a wonderfully balanced and refreshing drink.
