Like a well-oiled machine. They were staffed up on a busy Sunday and they were moving fast, cranking out the subs. They got my order right and I got more meat than I got at other locations. I didn't take pics but my turkey sub looked like a turkey sub. From Jersey Mike's.

This store is very clean, and the service was excellent. I noticed the staff regularly cleaning the prep area where they cut sandwiches and add condiments, and they consistently changed their gloves. It gave me confidence that my food was prepared safely. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I used the app to put in an order last night which usually is hit or miss BUT to my surprise, the workers ACTUALLY read and abided by my ‘special instructions’. I am very particular about food and MOST times the staff does not pay attention to that section of the order- I’ll either have to get it refunded or go back inside to fix it if I can. Just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to the closing staff at this location. It truly made my night better to receive exactly what I ordered. The sandwiches were made PERFECTLY and LOVINGLY even though it was almost time to close. I truly appreciate the service!!!!
Im a first timer, The 1st person out of five of them asked for what bread, I replied Italian Rosemary Bread Please.. Not knowing it would lead to the whole meal being prepared with no other questions asked. I cut in before its made because I wanted to modify. I repeated the the 3rd person at the time (BLT)Bacon Lettuce Tomato with no mayo, Mike’s Way. He repeated it back, I sat and waited. Got my sub, Drove home and open it up and Its A Italian Sub #13. Doesnt even come with mayo. I would love to only deal with ONE PERSON. Its A Game Of Telephone.

I’ve always loved the food here, its consistent. I road my bike to get there and ran inside to order. I went outside to watch my stuff and an employee unproptedly brought out my sub. Very generous staff!

Attention all vegans/ vegetarians.... stay away!! I placed a vegetarian order of grilled portobello sub, on wheat bread and specifically said do not mix with meat and add pickles and hot peppers. Not only did ,they not include the pickles and peppers, they used white bread instead, the portobello mushrooms were just regular canned mushrooms with no flavor, and the sandwich smelled of meat, I think they grilled the onion and vegetables on the same grill as the meat that is the only explanation fir that smell! Don't care about the customer, stay away!!
