I can’t say enough good things about Shane at Jet’s Pizza! He is hands down the best manager I’ve ever come across. Every time I walk in, he’s running the place like a pro—super friendly, incredibly efficient, and always making sure everything is top-notch. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and his team. Whether it’s a busy night or a slow one, Shane keeps the energy high and the service outstanding. If you want a perfect pizza experience, Jet’s is the spot, and Shane is the reason why. Give this man a raise!

the Buffalo ranch pizza was perfect - perfect crust, amazing flavors, some of the best pizza I've had (and I worked at a pizza place for a long time, so I'm picky). delivery was quick and the delivery person was very nice. we will be ordering from them again!

Terrible service. I ordered pizza for pickup before hand and they kept telling me it'd be ready in 5 minutes when I arrived, until finally they admitted they lost the order. I finally got my pizza after waiting like a chump at the store for 30 minutes. Was the pizza worth it? Overly oily and salty like my feelings toward "mr. Jet". Just order Domino's instead or get no thai next door

Yum! And such nice people! I was down today after I ordered from a completely DIFFERENT separate Jets that didn't honor what they said they would regarding my vegetarian diet restrictions. I was worried I wouldn't be able to eat Jets again, but luckily I called this location, and the woman I spoke with was so nice and understanding. She sympathized with my situation immediately, and assured me that diet restrictions like vegetarianism and veganism are something they take very seriously, and that they have a lot of vegetarian and vegan clients, and it's just something that I could tell was important to them. I really wish I'd gotten her name, I spoke with her about 45 minutes ago, she was so great, and we are definitely switching to this Jets! The pizza came so quickly too, and was so tasty!!!
Vegetarian options: I feel they take vegetarian restrictions (like a clean cutter and separate boxes) seriously, which just makes me feel so much comfortable with the food I'm eating! Yum!

Tried their pizza at multiple locations, with take out and dine in. They have always been satisfying. Perfect crispy crust with multiple flavors to choose from and plenty of toppings.
First time ordering at the jets. Ordered 2 slices and received 2 middle pieces. I have probably order this 100 times and it's always one corner and one middle. Still best pizza around. Better luck next time.

These guys are typically very consistent, today however was a bit frustrating. **Note to self. If delivery says 45 minutes and it takes an hour and 45 minutes - do yourself a favor and ask them to make fresh pizzas. Normally though I’d give these guys 5 stars all the way!!

It's a Jet's. Not much to the store itself but a small checkout line to pick up pizzas; quite optimized for takeaway only (lots of college kids).
Parking: Free lot for strip mall directly connected to business. Quite full go I went but I always manage to find a spot.

Holy smokes. I have eaten a fair amount of pizza in my day, and I have to say that whatever the folks working at the Plymouth Road Jet's pizza tonight (2/27) did a phenomenal job. I have never in my life had a pizza as perfect as this one. Not even from this same Jet's.
