My parents and I have been ordering from this Jets for years and have always had exceptional costumer service and food. Tonight, we forgot to order an item and didn’t realize till delivery was completed. Our driver John, gave us a call back saying their manager Adam would drive that item out. This wasn’t an expectation as it was our mistake, this was costumer service at its finest. Thank you John and Adam for caring and taking great care of us

Whoever was closing Sunday the 27th, you're a hero. I ordered thru doordash not realizing it was 10 min until close until I had placed the order. I work in a kitchen and realize how annoying it can be you probably could've not made it or made it poorly but you made the best pizza I've had come out of there. Thank you. Keep doing God's work

When Marcos closed, we headed across the street to Jet's and discovered how especially good their Detroit style deep-dish pizza is.
I can’t say enough good things about Shane at Jet’s Pizza! He is hands down the best manager I’ve ever come across. Every time I walk in, he’s running the place like a pro—super friendly, incredibly efficient, and always making sure everything is top-notch. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and his team. Whether it’s a busy night or a slow one, Shane keeps the energy high and the service outstanding. If you want a perfect pizza experience, Jet’s is the spot, and Shane is the reason why. Give this man a raise!

the Buffalo ranch pizza was perfect - perfect crust, amazing flavors, some of the best pizza I've had (and I worked at a pizza place for a long time, so I'm picky). delivery was quick and the delivery person was very nice. we will be ordering from them again!

Terrible service. I ordered pizza for pickup before hand and they kept telling me it'd be ready in 5 minutes when I arrived, until finally they admitted they lost the order. I finally got my pizza after waiting like a chump at the store for 30 minutes. Was the pizza worth it? Overly oily and salty like my feelings toward "mr. Jet". Just order Domino's instead or get no thai next door
