I work at UM hospital but rarely work on site. When I do I like to order JJ's, but nearly every time I do, they deliver my food late and don't even bother to let me know when it's delivered. I can't wait at the door for them, my office is on another level and I can't be away for more than a few minutes. One time this past summer I was in a meeting because they were 45 min late and my sandwich sat out on the ground in 90 degree heat for way too long. Today...

Huge props to this amazing and fast crew for working in sweltering heat today with their A/C out. Despite it being so uncomfortably hot this crew still greets every customer with a smile, is always freaky fast, and overall goes above and beyond. Thank you for the great sandwich despite it feeling like a “jimmy sauna” ☀️
