Great sandwich and both employees behind the counter at 9pm today were extremely helpful to me and figuring out the mistake I made with my order!

What’s up with the hours?! I’ve walked over here to get a sandwich twice in the past week or so and both times the store was closed when it was supposed to be open.
The girl working the register on Friday evening was extremely rude. Yells at customers with bad attitude. STAY

Literally mess up my order every single time
So I just called and asked what time they stop delivering. I was told they don't deliver. However their Google ad says delivery.

Talked to a manager about my order coming an hour and a half after the scheduled time. The manager blamed the customers for ordering too much during lunchtime and said he only had two drivers on staff. He offered to cancel my order when I told him I’ve nearly missed my entire lunch break at work waiting. Received my order within the last five minutes of my lunch break. The manager also told me that the bike delivery driver had been out with my food for a full 45 minutes. My workplace is 2 minutes away.
Not the best sandwich place, but it is convenient, I recommend the spicy Italian Sandwiche

Ordered 7 sandwiches. When I crossed through campus traffic, paid to park in a parking structure 2 blocks away, walked to the store to get the order ---there were 2 guys working and a line in the store. It was already 30 minutes past the order time. The employee was very nice- rushed putting the order together. I did a cursory check of the order, drove back through nightmare traffic, and found I was missing two sandwiches.I called the store, and the other employee (of the two) said to leave my number and they would credit me the 2 sandwiches, since I had to go get food elsewhere to fill in for the 2 sandwiches they missed. Two days later, when I had not received a call back, or a credit on my corporate card, I called back. The woman on the phone said that "she was not authorized to give me a credit, but why don't I just come on in and get those sandwiches"?Ummm no. I'm not driving back across campus, pay for parking and sit in traffic for 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches that you missed, that I needed 2 days ago.I kindly explained that I needed the sandwiches 2 days ago, and was told that I could receive a credit, since I had to go elsewhere to get the sandwiches. She said that she would "email it' and hung up.Clearly they are having trouble getting staff, and clearly the staff that they have are not super concerned about customer service.I don't expect to be seeing that credit in my lifetime.Beware. Unless you have nothing but time to mess around with missing sandwiches and getting credits, don't bother coming here.
Good food, reasonably priced and excellent service
