My delivery service from JJ was a horrible. I placed JJ9028 at the JJ’s on Plymouth Rd in Ann Arbor at 6:02 pm. Your app said it was ready at 6:08 pm. It didn’t leave your store until 6:50 pm. The UBER driver delivered at 7:26 pm. Plus, he forgot to bring my drink, which he returned to his car to find. One sandwich and a drink for $22.14 and a $5 tip delivered ONE HOUR AND 24 MINUTES LATER. I expected a delivery from JJ not Uber. You should not allow an UBER driver to pick...

In the past, I loved ordering delivery from this location because they were one of the only places in town that actually had their own delivery staff.
It was fantastic; the food would consistently show up 10-15 minutes after I ordered (and I live at least a 5 minute drive away!), the order was always correct and not missing anything, and I felt morally okay about doing so because I left the delivery driver a tip on top of knowing they had benefits from Jimmy...
