My family loves Jimmy John's and frequents this location; lately the service and quality has been going down. I've stopped getting tomatoes on my sandwich over the past year because they are never fresh. In my last order, the bread on all sandwiches was stale and there were no pickles on the sandwich which requested extra pickles. The drive thru service is a bit slow and not very welcoming, but every time I get a sandwich in my hand so I'm satisfied. Overall, I still love Jimmy John's and will continue to get their sandwiches, but I feel this location is struggling to be freaky fast nor freaky fresh.

Stopped here to grab some dinner while traveling. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. It was a busy location and staff members were working quickly to fulfill drive through and online orders. Our order was ready within 10 minutes. The food was your standard Jimmy John’s fare. The chicken Caesar wrap seemed smaller than average, but the veggie sandwich was consistent with our experiences at other JJ locations. The food was fresh and tasty - a good option for a quick lunch or dinner.
Vegetarian options: There is a veggie sandwich option as well as a plain cheese sandwich option.

I ordered three sandwiches from here. Two were what I thought was standard Jimmy John's and had a decent amount of meat but the third sub was pathetic and had maybe two pieces and was drowning in mustard. When I reached out to Jimmy John's for a refund -- just for the one sub that was sub-par/had literally two pieces of meat total -- I got the worst customer service email implying basically that I was wrong. They should be embarrassed with this response, frankly. I've worked in customer service my whole life and I've never blamed the customer quite like Jimmy John's. Guess it's Jersey Mike's for me from now on.

Just received my order from the drive through at roughly 9:25pm. They weren’t busy yet my sandwich (16” #3) had tomatoes all over it despite asking for none. I can pick them off but the main issue is my bread is ripped in multiple places and the sandwich is falling apart to where it’s a complete mess. My other sandwich that was an Unwich was puny compared to every other time I’ve gotten it. It looks like a joke. I asked to add mayo and there was none or very very little. I’ve been to this location before and had no issues. For being very dead at night I expect better. The guy at the window was nice, too bad the rest of the service was abysmal.

Let me just start with this... Jimmy John's is where it's at if you're looking for variety and taste. I'm from Calgary, Alberta, Canada and I'm in town for the UA Instructor Training Program and have never had a better sandwich in my life... and, on top of that, I ordered it the night before for lunch. Had it been fresh, I'm sure it would have been 10 times better even. Unreal.
