I'm down the road, less than five minutes, I ordered 2 sandwiches, it has been three hours, my sandwich has been in the delivery stage of 3 different Uber drivers. I'm not sure why Jimmy John's is running a relay race with my sandwiches, or why they are taking them sightseeing across all of Ann arbor and Ypsilanti, but I think they need to rework the system. I just hope to God when or if they get here that the order will at least be correct. Keep this hungry and flu ridden reviewer in your thoughts fellow patrons.
Edit: they cancelled the order. The weight of my sandwich was a cross nobody was fit to bear.

Pick up from this store is terrible and the young male staffers act more like bros hanging out making sandwiches then employees working in a business. Don't expect them to act like adults. They Have a hard time filling drinks past the mid point but the snotty attitude makes me wonder if I'm going to get a drink or a surprise if I complain so I just leave.

Since the toasted subs they took the freaky out of fast! We waited 20 minutes in the drive through with no way to get out and the order was wrong. When we called they were clueless to everything and anything happening. Jimmy John’s has forever lost yet another customer
