My favorite place, the bread is so good and the workers are so kind, definitely tip if the deserve it and I recommend the limited time Peppermint Oreo cookie!!

This store might as well just shut down. They deny deliveries for those who chose the cash option via the app. You order and everything is fine. Order confirmed via email etc.. Then some top notch “manager” who is clearly poor at PR will call you around the time your expecting your order and say that they aren’t taking cash delivery tonight but its been the whole summer! …they claim you can come into the store and just pay for it there. High level of genius involved here.. but its kind of a redundant offer for someone who ordered delivery and was willing to over pay their “freaky fast delivery” to come pick it up.. app and jimmy johns allows for cash payment option yet this store wont honor it time and time again. Its pathetic and makes little sense. Cash payments come with cash tips. Corporate also makes 5 bucks per delivery order which your denying them. If you cant run the store properly just close it and stop taking up space.

Disrespectful behavior of Employees

As me & my wife walked near the store door at 9 pm exactly, a store employee immediately rushed to the door from inside and locks the door before I tried to touch the door. Wow! What a customer focussed service!!!

Ok, I do agree that they are following the rules, good.

But what happened next is not respectful. The store employees (4 of them) gathered together and made fun of us and laughed at us.
This is truly Unprofessional and Disrespectful behavior.

Over a hr to get my food after the shop down the road from the shop I'm at called a said they had my order. it ways a way different address. But everyone wants $18.00 a hour to work now days . Hire more drivers if you can't keep up.

Going to this location was an Extremely unpleasant experience, the staff member taking my order had his arms crossed, an annoyed facial expression and only spoke to tell me the total of my order

When I called this location to speak to a manager/supervisor the team member I was talking to hung up on me because I kept asking for his higher up

Be prepared to wait. This is the third time I've come to this place for a curbside order. I waited 30 minutes this time and had to go in and get it myself. A weak "sorry" from the guy behind the counter who let my food sit there for 30 minutes.

I order 2 subs. simple order. A mini with roast beef, with just lettuce and mayo. A 8 in ham and cheese with just lettuce and mayo. Both subs were made wrong. The RB got cheese, tomatoes. the H& C got, onions znd tomatoes. They were awful. This os the second time this has happened. We will never go back.
