Worst staffed jimmy John’s out there. Told the kid working the counter I wanted my country club toasted. Said it three times or more to him to make sure he got it. He just nodded like he did I should have known he didn’t cause he still had in his head phones in one ear. It’s one thing to sit there and nod but if you don’t want to work then why even bother showing up. Just inconvenience

They gave me the complete wrong sandwich. I was taking it home to eat so I didn't see it till I had already left so there was no fixing it. I got a BLT and was given something else that I didn't order. I think this is not great service. The sandwich was still good but not what I payed for.

I don’t often write reviews for places, but this Jimmy John’s is the best! I live out of town and work here in Ann Arbor. I have a jimmy John’s close to my home that I rarely go to because the staff is often not very friendly and my food takes forever. But the staff at this Jimmy John’s on Zeeb Road is AMAZING! I just came in on a lunch break and literally every single worker today had the best attitude, were all extremely kind, accommodating and efficient. Every person that walked in with me was greeted with such kindness and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be taking care of their customers. It was a quick experience that left a good mark on my work day and this staff should be recognized for it! Thank you guys I will be returning!
Did not have a delivery person on staff (even though their whole slogan is fast delivery), had to wait for a third party service to deliver my food. Very disappointed.

I recently visited Jamy John's and had a mostly positive experience. The workers were friendly and efficient, getting my order to me on time, which I really appreciated. However, I did notice something that was a bit disappointing. One of the workers shot their used gloves into the garbage bin from a distance, almost like shooting a basketball. While it might seem minor, it was a bit off-putting to see. Overall, the service was great, but that particular action was a letdown. Please don't do it again.

I would RARELY be a return customer. The white bread is terrible, flavorless and doughy. The menus are unreadable. First time at this location. Ordered tuna sub. The sub was good except the bread. Also, their menus (screen menu and printed menu) are terrible. Give me a simple menu.

Love this spot for lunch or dinner. Will have them deliver before game nights, throw it all in a cooler, and eat at the field. Online ordering is easy, delivered quickly, and the quality is always good. They don't skimp on the freebies so our sandwiches are always tasty.
