I order 2 subs. simple order. A mini with roast beef, with just lettuce and mayo. A 8 in ham and cheese with just lettuce and mayo. Both subs were made wrong. The RB got cheese, tomatoes. the H& C got, onions znd tomatoes. They were awful. This os the second time this has happened. We will never go back.

Placed my order over the phone. Had to talk very slow, loud, repeat myself, and correct the person in order for them to understand- they said they're phone quality is always muffled. Also when she called to leave a voicemail to say the delivery driver had picked up the food it was so quiet I couldn't hear what she was saying even with my volume all the way up. Fix your phones. She said they didn't have delivery driver's scheduled so they do it third party through Uber. Okay. I placed my order at 5:20pm and didn't receive it until 6:50pm. I thought they stood behind fast delivery but I guess that's not their slogan anymore. I was already hungry when I ordered, so by the time I got my food I felt very sick. The website said the driver only had one delivery before me but the estimated time kept getting later and later so idk what happened there. I called the store and told them I was frustrated and unhappy with how long the delivery time was taking, manager said there was nothing she could do and did not come off as friendly or genuinely apologetic. How about comp the delivery fee, or at least give some sort of coupon? Show some goodwill when your service is not good. If you're not going to staff your store properly, and rely on third party service, you are still responsible for the quality of service. As much as I love Jimmy John's this store left a sour impression, and I won't order here again. Also the bread was very hard and tough, not like how it usually is...

Bad costumer service especially from the person on the cashier who supposed to be welcoming people and making them feel comfortable in the store is something that many customers decides based on if they would come back or not.. no matter how good or “fast” the food is, or how clean the store is, etc… Not feeling welcomed or comfortable is enough to never come again.

Deliveries take an hour or more the last handful of times. I called after waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes and they told me it will still be longer.

This store is in a great location by the Scio Meijer. They are really fast and the food is good. The private bathrooms are always clean. The downsides. The parking lot is really small and tight. There's a Starbucks nextdoor and it's always crazy. There's often a wait to get into the lot because of the Starbucks drive through. The store is way too narrow. It gets busy at lunch time and people are bumping into each other to get orders. And the waiting area is right on top of the dining tables.Dietary restrictions: Sandwiches can be ordered without bread or cheese. The lettuce wraps are amazing.Kid-friendliness: The slims are great for kids.

I've filed a complaint. 20 people waited as three people worked on the line to make sandwiches for a massive to go order. One of them should be been dedicated to making sandwiches for the people who are waiting. it was absolutely ridiculous. Not one sandwich was made for anyone waiting during the 30 minutes I sat there.I decided to leave and get food at Panera. Didn't get a refund.

Not very freaky fast lol, the food is great but it typically takes over an hour to arrive. I order from here often because it's so close to my office. When I order from here I even order when they open at 10 so I can beat the lunch rush, doesn't really make a difference. I understand they're new or understaffed but

Most of the workers seem to be recent hires as of the writing of this post, so please keep in mind that they are still learning. Also, if your order is late, chances are that the shop hasn't expected all the rush that day. These people are clearly doing their best, so please cut them some slack.Vegetarian options: Not much. Ovo-lacto vegetarians might be ok, but it's a bit of a vegan H-E-doublehockeysticks. TLDR: Slim pickins.Dietary restrictions: Has lettuce wraps for low-carb options.

Ambiance is a high school boys locker room. They need a supervisor there. There were like 8 dudes working and they were yelling and laughing so loud. Worst part was that I sat right by the bathroom and saw them force opening the bathroom doors on each other because the locks appeared to be broken? I had to use the restroom and was nervous the whole time that they were going to mistake me for one of them and open the door on me.Horrible experience. You're at work, this isn't a time to hang out and play pranks, especially when customers are present.
