So bad. Placed an order on the app. It said it was done so I went to pick it up. Its very slow so not sure why but I still had to wait another 10 minutes for my order. When I went inside a man stared at me and continued to stand around and not even greet me.. then another man asked me if I was placing and I told him I was picking up and order and then he walked away. He had a order in the drive through. But so rude he could have greeted the customer in the drive through and then at least told me if my food was done. Then another gentleman told me to give them a minute. It was such a simple order I got a famous bowl and a biscuit. Don't now how it took 20 ish minutes to get it. The lobby was dirty. And someone how my corn was so dry. The chicken was chewy and old. I dont see how you can mess up something so simple.

The team is overwhelmed and not cooperating. Management is correcting customers saying they can't cook the chicken any faster. They are serving drive thru and having in store dinerscwaitingvup to 30 minutes.

Order a 8 pc bucket meal then I pay then they tell me 20 minutes for chicken as 3 others get their orders then won't give me a receipt

I got food poisoning from this KFC. The staff is slow, and the restaurant is dirty. It definitely needs a full inspection. I won’t be coming back.

Idk what happened to KFC but yikes. This isn't a slam to KFCs everywhere but twice in two years and both times sub par. Keep trying guys.
