Came in today and the manager was the only guy working 2 other employees out on smoke break we stood there for 5 min and he never acknowledged us just made that awkward eye contact and only delt with the window and took multiple orders no reason he couldn't acknowledge us and say something the only way to get service is to use the drive thru chicken was warm but macaroni and cheese looked to be a week old and cold don't waste your money at this location and to top it all off the inside smells like piss
My Girlfriend used the drive thru to pick up my order that was placed online and was accused by staff of trying to steal my order. The individual at the window for some reason asked her “is your boyfriend a nice person?” before accusing her of trying steal and forcing her to call me so that I could provide proof of my order. This was extremely embarrassing for her and completely unnecessary as this was NOT a 3rd party delivery and there’s no way she could’ve known my name beforehand if she truly were stealing orders.

Today is Sunday and I had a taste for lite chicken pot pie for dinner went to Ann Arbor store Washtenaw road got home the chicken pot pie was severely overcooked and dried out hunks of old chicken no parts of ingredients of pot pie inside It was awful The crust was dried out smell terrible I'm disgusted to my stomach I wanted to vomit I would never visit that store again They can't make a simple pot pie I have images. I recommend stay away from this place have pictures to verify how awful this chicken pot pie KFC disgusting

The service was EGREGIOUSLY long. I did come here just 5 minutes after the place opened up, but having to wait 20 minutes is unacceptable. You've lost the meaning of FAST food.
Worst yet, I essentially got robbed. Not only did they not give me my drink, but they did not give me back any change. I gave a $20 bill for an order that was $14, and they did not give me any change. They also failed to give me a receipt, preventing me from proving that they failed to give me a drink and that they needed to give back change.
This is just scummy.

I placed an order online for pickup as I can't use the drive thru, but their lobby was closed at 7pm on Saturday. The drive through was closed too. They reopened an hour later but the lobby was still closed. They frequently close their lobby early. They've even locked the lobby while I was inside ordering once. I don't know what they are doing here. There have been all kinds of issues at this location, from incorrect orders to rude workers. Don't go to this location.

I order a eight piece meal thru Grubhub and all I got was a Bucket of old cold chicken no sides and four cardboard plates…on God don’t even waist your time or money at this location.. also the employees there eat the chicken and sell ppl the old chicken…and this I know for sure…str8 trash

Closed 15 minutes early, said they ran out of food only to watch their employees leaving the restaurant with BAGS and BAGS of food and they knew they got caught because they all started going back into the restaurant with their bags of food when they seen cars pull in the drive through! Just go find a different place save yourself the time because even when they had food it took forever to get it!

We got door dash from here, and we were skimped on our food. We had a famous bowl that had 3 pieces of chicken, our biscuits were smashed and honestly all our food tasted cold and freezer burnt.
I’m not one to rant, but even last week when I ordered through the drive though, the guy was super rude to me. I tried to give you all a chance, but I’m deeply disappointed….
My uncle has owned multiple restaurant chains, and you aren’t doing a great job. If you want success, please review all the comments.
