The decor had a cool vibe. The calamari, brussel sprouts, and rolls were good. However, the French dip was terrible. It was so bland and tasted like nothing. I am not a picky eater but I was very disappointed.
My wife and I were shopping in Ann Arbor and decided to have dinner before returning to our home. We went to Knight's Steakhouse on Dexter and were pleased with that decision. The hostess was very friendly and efficient. We had excellent service from Clare T. My wife had a large filet, and I had delicious soup and a French dip sandwich. The food was delicious and enhanced by Clare's service and hospitality.
Old school steakhouse and family restaurant. A very comfortable place for locals and their guests.

Ordered a NY Strip cooked as ordered. Very busy, even on a Tuesday night. Reservations are a must

We arrived on time 8pm for reservation and were seated only 20min later at 2nd floor where vibe is not fun instead of main floor. Restaurant ran out of bread and even deserts (only keylime pie was left). Prime rib ordered was OK but not great quality as expected. First time visit to Dexter location - and Overall very Poor Experience

Being in Ann Arbor during the University of Michigan's alumni weekend is challenging, especially if you didn't graduate from U of M. Downtown Ann Arbor was a zoo of chaos. After seeing a show at Michigan Theater, I stopped into Knight's for a quick bite. There was a wait for tables, so we waited around to grab some seats at the bar. We ordered burgers and French Dip sandwiches. Yummy!!! Even though the restaurant was packed and busy, the food quality was great, and the bar staff was working hard. They even apologized for the wait and delayed service. Simply a class act and a great dining experience.
Central bar with LED lighting, a very efficient waitstaff. NY strip was good, not great. Blackened salmon dry it edible. No bread service. Salad was overdressed with 6/10 Italian dressing. Prices of a low end steakhouse so that part wasn’t bad. Probably wouldn’t make the res to go back but would be happy to be a guest. Martini was solid too.

Service is good. Both steak and burger overcooked. Other restaurants would give it to you free or discount significantly, just a free dessert here. I’ll stick with the Kinght in Dexter Road.
We had a very enjoyable dinner. Food was delicious and hot. Our waitress was great!! Friendly and efficient, super sweet and kind. I believe it was Crystal( glasses, short blonde hair) Thank you for an amazing dinner!
Overall good but not as good as what I was expecting. Steak was ok, not perfect meat, but crispy shrimp appetizer was good. Broccoli soup was good too. Many people already there from 5:30 pm
Turkey dinner on Tuesday! OMG.
I’ve never had a bad experience at Knight’s. Food is always fantastic (steaks always cooked correctly) the drinks are very big, and the service is always fast and friendly. It can be a bit loud during dinner but that’s because it’s always packed. If you’re visiting from out of town or even local like me, I’d highly recommend this place.
