overrated and pretentious. The burger was dry and bland, and the fries were undercooked.

Absolutely delicious, no long wait and great atmosphere.

It's the hole in the wall vibe which is cute, the girl working there was fine and the redhead dude was kinda obnoxious. It was (rounding the change up) 35$ for two triple burgers with nothing fancy added, which we were told and advised to get , in the dudes own words are " the average burger size anywhere else", and a large fried cauliflower... that was all we got. The food was good and fine but definitely not worth 14$ a burger and the pricing is not clear.

Place is horrible, they are extremely rude, food mediocre and the price doesn’t reflect the real final price, the basic price there is a bare hamburger. The hamburgers are the size of a piece of paper. Horrible!

They are very rude. Hamburgers are thin as feather, never again. Please change your employees or train them to be less rude. We watch your interaction with the family with little kids and you were so rude to them, for no reason.

So freaking good! Took my daughter for the first time recently. I am a high anxiety person and I was dreading messing up in line with her, but the staff made it a really awesome trip. She is in love and keeps asking when we can go back. So nice to be able to share this experience that holds such a special place in my heart with my daughter.

Before the Michigan game, I grabbed a smash burger from Krazy Jim’s Blimpy Burger, and it was incredible! Juicy and packed with flavor—this was hands down one of the best burgers I’ve had. The options for customization were awesome, and the laid-back vibe made it the perfect pre-game stop. If you're in Ann Arbor, don’t miss out!

I loved this place. I love the system. They ask you answer there's no way to screw it up. I wish a lot of other places would function like that.
I got a triple pattie with American cheese, bacon and an egg. It was a great burger, the fries and onion rings were delicious. The atmosphere had a classic burger joint feel to it. I will go back again.
