Fantastic food... burgers, fries, onion rings, fried zucchini all delicious!!! Large assortment of cane sugar sodas (no corn syrup). Surly is part of the charm of the place so don't get your knickers in a twist if the workers aren't super friendly!!!

Literally the greatest burger I have ever had. After every Michigan game I go here. For the fries always ask for them extra crispy as if you don't they are very soggy. Broccoli was good, good selection of drinks, good burgers, okay onion rings. This place is awesome.

Totally rude staff, felt like we were a complete inconvenience while choosing to eat there. While one adult sat with the children while we ordered the cook asked why we would be ordering for someone else that didn’t come to the counter, “why didn’t they come up? Are they too lazy?” Won’t be back. Food wasn’t worth the less than enjoyable experience.
Great burger joint. Cannot speak to the fries, but the burgers made here are great.10/10Parking: Paid street parking and parking lot right across the street. First-come first-served type deal.

As a concerned customer, I must share my disappointing experience at Blimps Burger. The behavior of one staff member, in particular, left much to be desired. Despite the pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant, I witnessed a ginger-haired wide set employee being extremely rude and unprofessional, even resorting to screaming at children. This type of behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the establishment. Management should address such issues promptly to ensure a welcoming environment for all customers . Needs new staff the current ones seem miserable .

Pretty solid burger joint. The place was so hyped up that I really had high expectations for it. I wasn't necessarily disappointed with the burgers but it just wasn't all that I expected. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the cook making the burgers was sassy and very funny so it made ordering our food feel like an experience. But the burger could have been better. I ordered a triple cheeseburger, the burger itself wasn't seasoned and only grilled for flavor. There wasn't much of a char on it as you would expect with a smash burger. Also the bun was a little stale. The fries were really good though , they were large fresh cut steak fries. My friend ordered the onion rings and they came out as one big ball as they all stuck together in the fryer. I would come here again but not my favorite burger joint. Personally I think you can get better smash burgers at Culver's or Shake shack.
