Pharmacy department is awesome. The scanner system needs to be updated it's terrible and every time I go there I have to ask for help at least three times including today I gave it a $20 bill and I'm supposed to get $12.11 back in there to tear the home machine apart and couldn't find my 20 dollars the whole thing was just a pain in the butt they need to have more cashiers on hand actually work in the cashiers until they update their scanners such as Aldi's has done we never have problems with all these but there's certain things all these doesn't carry so we choose Kroger as a secondary store which used to be the primaries store until we keep running into the problems of checking out. Kroger is working on replacing their check out machines

Really disappointing to see this store continue to get worse. Corporate/management is really setting up their staff to be constantly struggling because they are perpetually understaffed, especially in the register area. Profit over people personified.

Used this store a few times while visiting Ann Arbor. If they hired a few employees it could be ok but it was terribly under staffed both times I went in.

I always get the best energy from Stevie when I shop at this Kroger. Today she really turned my mood around, when I was having a rough day. I'm truly grateful

Always love Kroger..... however you usually have to self checkout ?

I grocery shop a lot. I have had many terrible experiences at different krogers. But today ( 6/26/24) around 6:30 p.m. I started shopping at this particular Kroger. For the most part everything was normal. It was the checkout interaction with the multiple customer service employees up front. I was told five different personal forms of have a nice day. I’ve walked into krogers and have had nothing said to me. At 6a.m. When no other customers are in the store. But this store the employees here are gems. I hope Kroger shows its appreciation and some how acknowledges them. It wouldn’t be a bad idea to send some management from other stores here to see how customer service should be!!!

Keoger's has a good selection of food at a reasonable price. The store is always clean and well-stocked. They have extensive fresh produce as well as its own bakery.

I am a disabled veteran on fixed income! Why are there no value options for necessities like toilet paper( lowest option $5) paper towel, butter etc.. they already aren't paying employees to man the checkout so customers have to stand in long lines and pay Kroger to check themselves out! All about the profits!

The bottle return was absolutely filthy on my visit yesterday afternoon. None of the machines were working, there were bottles stacked across the top of the machines. The floor was sticky and this looked like a place that no one would want to set foot in for bottle return. The rest of the store wasn’t bad, I would give it a B minus as local supermarkets go. I think checkout times have improved slightly in recent months, but management still has a long way to go to make this store a destination for grocery, produce and meats, with competition from Plum market, Arbor Farms, and Aldi nearby.

Why is it 10 minutes to 10 and doors are locked? Store hours say you close at 10? This is ridiculous!

Love the store reason it’s not getting a five star is because the bakery never seems to be running right anymore. It used to have cupcakes and tons of stuff each week and now it never has any of that anymore. Also the store hrs are ridiculous. We’re 3yrs removed from the pandemic. No reason to close at 10pm that’s stupid.

Incredible rude women who work self check!
I cringe having to go through. Unfortunately usually only one to go to as no other lanes open.
Terrible service at this store!!!

Split aisles makes it hard to find things.
Finally offering Tap-to-pay at checkout.

No real complaints. I don't go in very often, I usually just use their curbside services, which are pretty good. But they need to let their curbside staff accept tips!!!
