Went in for a quick coffee break last week and ended up staying a bit longer than planned. The place had a relaxed vibe, not too loud, which I appreciated. I ordered a regular hot coffee and a pastry. Coffee tasted fresh and not burnt, which is honestly all I want most days. The pastry was decent, a little flaky and not overly sweet. Starting with the customer service.. fantastic! The person at the counter and Kenzie were super friendly!!! We ended up ordering Vanilla lagte with oat milk and cappuccino and no kidding.. its one of the best we have ever had!! MUST MUST visit.. you can easily ditch Vertex and come here.. you won’t be disappointed!!
I got a iced lychee rose matcha latte. There was matcha powder clumps in my drink so the powder wasn’t properly sifted and because of that there was a bitter after taste. I also didn’t like that their cold foam came out of a can. The drink tasted okay but for the price of $8 I expected a better quality experience.
