Me and my fiance stopped in here after a long day of work because he was having blood sugar issues and we thought it sounded like a good lunch, my fiance went in and us both food while I sat in the car waiting shortly after he ordered our food I got 2 different texts from my bank saying there was 2 different charges equaling close to $1K and asked me if it was fraud (which of course it was) I immediately walked inside and asked my fiance if he paid with our debit card and he said yes and asked why I was wondering so I showed him the texts and I got on the phone with the bank and immediately locked and canceled my card, while I was on the phone with them my fiance came out with our food, he ordered a Ruben and his order was completely WRONG they put it on white bread instead of rye, didn’t put any sauerkraut on it and put American cheese instead of Swiss. I highly suggest not going here if you do make sure you pay with cash and make sure your food is made correctly.

If I could could 0 stars i would I had my whole order wrong and hurt, I called the store asked to speak to a manager the manger wasn't there they didn't have a manager at night. So they told me to call back in the morning. I called in the morning. They told me that the manager didn't come in until 5 o'clock so I called at 5 o'clock and they told me the manager was not in then the lady proceeded to call the manager. The manager told me there was nothing that he could do because he didn't know what I was talking about, because you were never in your store, maybe if you were. In your store, you would be able to know what I am talking about. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this store, but this is becoming horrible customer service and I don't understand how they're maintaining in Ann Arbor like this. As a customer you tell me you cant do anything after your other cook already told me your cook was new and bad.

The owners are super nice and welcoming. The food and service is great.

José was awesome! My online order didn't go through, but José put it together for me anyways while also handling another order late at night. I appreciate his kindness and timeliness! We love Lefty's and will continue eating here!
