Like..yall should be embarrassed. I could have just bought the $6 pizza if that’s the quality you were gonna give me. I know it’s quick cheap pizza, but if I’m going to pay $13 at a LITTLE CEASARS I should get better than the damn hot n ready quality. Ordered through LC website for delivery. Driver gets there-outsourced to doordash- and somehow someone else took my order, and they refused to remake it, telling the driver to tell me to call the help line and its not their problem. Really unprofessional, and how did they let someone else take the food in the first place, besides the driver with the code? Very unprofessional.
Edit: i tried again, a month later. This time my pizzas, supposed to be crazy crust, were plain. So that unchanged was wasted. And my stuffed crazy bread was literally raw on the inside, full of dough, and a cold stick of cheese. Im floored. I guess as long as this is the only store that delivers to my home, I will not be returning. Really a shame, ive gone to this location since i was a kid. Very disappointed.

Experienced some of the most unprofessional and rude service I’ve ever seen. I’ve been here several times, and usually I have no problem. But tonight, I picked up my pizza and it was made incorrectly. Hoping to get my pizza started before I drove back to the store, I called several times, but no one answered. I drove back out and told the girl working the counter that it was incorrect and I tried calling but couldn’t get through. All she said was “okay”, took the incorrect pizza, threw it in the garbage, and told someone to remake it. She never apologized or returned to say anything after taking the pizza. I was stunned, and I will never be returning to this location ever again.

It's a cheap place but the place leaves a lot to be desired. The employees spend their time only on the phone and don't even look at you to serve you. I bought a cheese pizza and when I got home it was hard, cold and I think it had been in the warming place for about two or three hours. I hope they don't continue like this so I won't buy pieces there again.

Worst service imaginable!! Refuse to come to this store ever again!!
The past three times I stopped here they aren't busy, but nevertheless there are zero pizzas ready, or even almost done cooking. They always have to look into the hot storage up front, then act surprised that there isn't one. You can see into the back cook/prep area from the main entrance, and the young staff who work here are consistently playing on their phones. I really do understand social media obsession, but I would think there's adequate time to check Instagram AND keep Hot&Readys stocked. Apparently they struggle with multitasking. I'm sad. And hungry🍕💔😢

I’m not exactly sure what goes on at this location anymore, I ordered a pizza on 02/19/25, order number 1064234. We ordered a deep dish, a cheese bread, crazy puffs, a side of sauce, and a soda. When we spend $33 on food, I don’t expect my deep dish to be raw in the middle of it. I except this to be an extreme violation, especially if they’re going to feed me raw dough
