Placed my order at 6:18pm. After an hour of waiting, I asked about my order, and was told itd be ready in a little while. I asked the lady, who was not very pleasant, if it normally took over an hour to make the pizza. She immediately got an attitude and said that, yes it does normally take over an hour. Never in my life have I waited more than 30 mins for a pizza to be made. As im waiting, someone I know was also picking up a pizza and he had place his order only 25 mins ago. So obviously it doesn't normally take an hour or more. This lady doesn't need to work in customer service if she is going to get an attitude for a customer asking a question after waiting over an hour. Very unprofessional. Will not order from this location ever again. I'll gladly drive 25 mins to the next closest location. Bc I would have had my order and been back home eating before my order was even ready at this location.

I ordered a take out last Sunday around 8:00. I walked in and placed an order. The lady at the front didn’t ask me for a receipt, and didn’t ask for a name, and never told me how long my food would take. She just walked away after take my order and started chatting with a coworker. After sitting there for fifteen minutes, a different girl asked me to give her a name on the order. It was very unprofessional, and it felt targeted. I don’t think I will be back.

This is not the same as other, older Little Caesars pizzas. The pizza and its box had the same taste and nutritional value, I wouldn’t feed this slop to my dog. Is this real life?

I know they don't claim to be fresh and ready but they do say hot and ready. It was only ready. Pizza had to be at least two hours old. I only expect OK pizza at LC , but this was the worst one I've ever had. My wife yelled at me when I was eating it for being too loud. She thought I was eating doritos it was so crunchy. Even the bottom of the crust was crunchy. It was in that box so long the sausage fossilized. The cheese looked like basted turkey skin and the jalapeños had dehydrated to the point that they were shelf stable. On top of selling product that clearly had expired, they gouge even further by completely neglecting to put any sauce on the pie and only 4 slices of pepperoni per slice. Sometimes, it's just better to get Chinese or chicken wings no matter how fast you can get in and out of little cheesers!

I recently placed a large order for 95 pizzas for an event. Carol was great and very helpful throughout the process, communicating about the timeline and even deciding to have an extra person on staff that day to ensure all the pizzas would be ready on time. They also helped me load my car with all the pizzas and added a few extras to make sure we had enough. We were very grateful to work with a dependable team to make this a success.
Pizza is all jacked up and is super thin. This location needs some help.

Saw and ad and wanted to try a pretzel pizza (online special only) so I went online, checked their hours for the Jackson rd location (11 pm) and ordered the pizza 9:51pm. Drove to the store arrived 10:03, door is locked and everything inside is spic n span, all cleaned up. Lady inside ignored that I was at the door. Walked back to my car went back online and confirmed that they close at. 11pm. Back to door and knocked. First she ignored me, then she told me they closed at 10. I showed her my phone, she said they close at 10. I said I paid for the pizza. She said she'd refund my money. I didn't appreciate her attitude. Clearly management here is a problem and it doesn't look like they pay attention to the reviews either.
