Heartbreakingly awful customer service. Steven was reaching over the desk to wave the next person as I was still standing at the desk and actively asking ONE question. He handed me over to Stevie? whom rushed me to, "Just get in line". My friend and I drove FIVE HOURS to get there and we couldn't even go back together. I was later asked by a different tender why we didn't request it. WE WERENT GIVEN THE CHANCE. We were that rushed and hurried for no reason, the line had one other person in it. My bud tender was wonderful, I believe his name was Reggie. Very knowledgeable and helpful. It's too bad that barely any of that experience was memorable due to such awful treatment from the front desk. On my way out I tried to ask a second time about why the texting services didn't work and the woman lied to my face. "Oh it takes a while." "Okay, but I was here last week and texted that number. " ..."Oh some phone companies are weird about it."(Looked at coworker and rolled her eyes) Never returning. Good luck to anyone who risks it.

Bought 2 blue raspberry cartridges. Both of which had an unpleasant burnt taste. Tried to return them, one employee said it didn't taste burnt. Another employee said it did. Wouldn't return them so essentially just out $120 because they are nasty! they do have a good selection of medicine but they sure don't stand by it!

Good prices,excellent selection. Helpful staff. There is a lot of stairs to climb. If you have trouble climbing stairs, like I do don't go there. Hats off to the security guard. He was extremely helpful.
