Happy hour margaritas were amazing and Savannah gave phenomenal service.

The salads were not salads. A pile of meat and cheese and enough lettuce to make it look like a salad. Our light meal was not that!

Cash is king, credit is +3%. My go to to honest Mexican food. No goat on the menu 😉

Food reasonable in price. Nice proportions.

I had a great time at Los Amigos—until I checked my bank statement after getting home. The food was excellent (I had the enchiladas verdes), and the drinks were delicious (I had two Palomas). I met a friend there on my way home from work, and we each had separate tabs. It wasn’t busy, so I expected everything to be straightforward. But when I looked at my statement, I saw that I was charged $56.15 BEFORE TIP—I didn’t even notice at the restaurant as I was catching up with my Friend and distracted in conversation, tipped 20% without thinking and left, but there is absolutely no way that two drinks and dinner should have cost that much. If that total is correct, then that would mean each drink was nearly $20, which just does not make sense! I didn’t check my receipt at the time (lesson learned), but now I regret it because I was clearly overcharged. This was such a disappointing way to end what should have been a great night. I strongly urge everyone to check their receipts because something is definitely off here. Very frustrating and unacceptable!

I have ate here a few times. Good service and great food up until tonight. We was seated and ordered drinks. I ordered queso for an appetizer along with food. Queso was dropped off and told she’d be right back. We needed more chips and drinks. It’s safe to say food came out before she returned. I had to ask another waitress to help us. By the time she came back everything was cold. Which was made incorrectly. Still had a bowl of queso but no chips. Worse server I’ve ever had. Sent entree back. Will never return.

How can Mexican food be flavorless? My server took my order and dropped my food off and I never saw her again.

Steak and shrimp tacos were very tasty. Chicken Rojo enchiladas were very good as well however I am taking off a star because I ordered mole not Rojo. What I enjoyed the most though was the spicy margaritas! Will be back to try more of the mariscos.

Maybe the worst Mexican I've ever had anywhere. Sauces are without any flavor whatsoever, margaritas lacking lime juice- I didn't even finish my food or my drink. I don't understand how a restaurant like this stays open. I've has some bad Midwest Mexican, but this place wins. Even the chips tasted burned.

Worst Mexican ever. Steak Fajitas were tough and grisly with no flavor. House Margareta had bad flavor and watery. Chips tasted almost burned. Would rate zero stars if I could.
