I ordered the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich - supposed to come with hummus, feta, carrot, lettuce, cucumber and tzatziki. I ordered online and picked up the sandwich from the little shelf and took it to my car. It felt a little light, but I didn’t think much of it. I took a bite of it only to realize that it was only bread and lettuce!! I went back inside and told the very nice worker that I’m pretty sure a few things were forgotten off the sandwich, and he told me they were out of the hummus, feta and tzatziki. That is fine and understandable, but why would they not tell me when I picked up, or offered a substitution? He offered to put a sauce on it, but bread, lettuce and sauce doesn’t quite make a sandwich either. Did they really think I wouldn’t notice I just spent $13 on bread and lettuce? They offered a refund, which I accepted, but I just checked my bank account and the charge went through. So I spent $13 on one bite of bread and lettuce - ha! I am kicking myself for not taking a pic of the “sandwich” because it was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen.

Was kind of confusing to get to, as it's inside of Zoup and doesn't state that on the website. The only place I saw a sign with MacLove on it was a small sticker next to the door.Mac and cheese was also just warm when I picked up my online order, which I was on time for. The flavors of my truffle pasta was okay. I wish I could have rated this higher.Update as I'm eating my food: a lot of the mushrooms on this mac and cheese are cold, and it's off-putting. I likely won't be coming back to either MacLove or Zoup.

First time going to Zoup and I highly recommend it it was very clean I met the manager his name was Jamaican super nice guy, amazing service and was highly satisfied

I live nearby and have visited 3-4 times over the past year. The experience has been similar every time. The food tastes good, but it is very overpriced and the portions are small. I ordered a entree sized bowl of the Baja Macaroni and the container was barely over half full. I just find $9 plus tax and drink and tip to be a bit steep for 6 spoonfuls of mac n cheese. The foid tastes good, but the stingy portions at steep prices are going to keep me from going back.

We picked up lunch there today. Drove 25 minutes home only to discover they didn't include our soup! I spent over $25 for 2 empty bread bowls and a hunk of random bread! When I tried calling to report this, I kept circling through their automated system. They weren't that busy that they couldn't pick up the phone. I dialed them 4 times. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Its like having an empty pizza box delivered. People, don't trust this location to get your order correct! You would think that as slow as they are, they wouldn't have any trouble getting the orders correct. Its soup for heavens sake!

Zoup! is situated in a small mall of the North of Ann Arbor. close to the University campus. It has a changing selection of soups, served with a decent bread roll - my lobster bisque was a little bland, but the bread was nice. It's a little expensive for what is provided.
