Ordered a pan pizza and a cheesy bread, went to pick it up at the time noted, and they didn't even put it in the oven until I got there. They were not busy. Got home with the pizza to find the dough almost completely raw. At least the cheesy bread was cooked.
Got a call immediately after posting and was given good service from management.
Increased my rating by one star.
