We purchased McDonald's through their mobile app. Unfortunately, the order was completely incorrect, resulting in us not receiving the items we paid for.
Since the order was placed through the app, I was required to submit a complaint to Customer Care, which informed me that nothing could be done due to the order being delivered by DoorDash.
