Went in here after riding bus in rain to get from hospital where girlfriend and I work. Order our meal on the kiosk after I already seen the manager get ignorant with one customer. He tells me they are not taking cash... so we argue it I say screw it what is your name and how do I contact your boss sir? Then him and his little ghetto friends start making jokes don't shop here. They people making the food don't care and it will be gross. The stores back area looks abysmal like they never clean. It's just a bunch or lazy people with no respect here.

Ordered a big breakfast with steak and got the most terrible looking food ever. The eggs weren’t scrambled it was a folded egg cut into like 6-7 little triangles a biscuit and an old looking piece of steak. Needless to say I took it back in and asked for a refund. The manager or whatever she is briefly tried to question reasons for the return but in the end the refund was issued. I would advise not visiting this location, horrible service.

Over 45 minutes in the drive thru. I’m confused as to why you’d keep your drive thru open with such service, just close if you can’t staff appropriately.

Presented about 1 sandwich get 1 free and they refused to apply it to my order sayin that it doesn't apply to there location but when I got my receipt it had the same offer if I take the survey on the receipt like I did previously to comin back there and they think I'm gonna return there I'm not the food was even really greasy and chicken sandwich ain't supposed to be greasy

I ordered a Quarter Pounder PLAIN and small fries. I checked it at the pick up window and it had everything on it. I told the person at the window and they took the order back to fix it. I got it back and assumed the they checked and remade it for me. Big mistake I got home and took a bite out of it and realized it wasn't PLAIN they just scraped all the stuff off the burger and bun and gave it back to me. See the picture below.
