i dont recommend this location, only reason why i came here was due to it being closer to work but ill take the extra drive to the zeeb location. I used my mobile app and i still waited 30 minutes after parking at curbside for my order. I've seen better customer service at a burger king in detroit when compared to the staff here.

Garbage. By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Slow service by careless staff. Ordered an Egg McMuffin without ham, received one with ham but no cheese. Ordered a regular coffee with milk and sugar, instead it comes black.
Not the first time they can’t get the order right and take too long.
It’s McDonald’s, it’s not rocket science. Get it right.

Make sure to check your order thoroughly before pulling away from the pick up window. Two times in a row I’ve got the wrong order and gotten home with the wrong food. I contacted them both times by going back inside and getting the correct order, but there wasn’t even an apology or a proper response from management to my email.

Very disappointed with this McDonald’s location. The dining area was dirty, the service was extremely slow, and the pop had no carbonation. When I told the staff, they ignored the issue completely. Definitely needs better management and attention to basic standards.
The lady told me to wait 2 minutes for the first and I ended up waiting 20min to get my food

I order delivery from here either on Door Dash or on their app. They almost always mess up the order in one way or another. I seem to never receive any kind of beverage that I order, whether it's a tea, soda, shake, etc. It's especially bad at night; the orders can take several hours on weekends and if it's after a certain time, there is a 0% chance you will receive your drink, shake, flurry, or whatever, if that's what you ordered. I understand that maybe they turn the machines off at a certain time, but they still let you order it online, just for it to never arrive. So I'm constantly contacting Door Dash and getting refunds for my order, since almost every single time I order from here they get something wrong. I don't have high expectations for fast food places but this is getting ridiculous. There are many other chains in the area that don't have this issue, or at least not as bad.
