I order delivery from here either on Door Dash or on their app. They almost always mess up the order in one way or another. I seem to never receive any kind of beverage that I order, whether it's a tea, soda, shake, etc. It's especially bad at night; the orders can take several hours on weekends and if it's after a certain time, there is a 0% chance you will receive your drink, shake, flurry, or whatever, if that's what you ordered. I understand that maybe they turn the machines off at a certain time, but they still let you order it online, just for it to never arrive. So I'm constantly contacting Door Dash and getting refunds for my order, since almost every single time I order from here they get something wrong. I don't have high expectations for fast food places but this is getting ridiculous. There are many other chains in the area that don't have this issue, or at least not as bad.

Just had the most blatantly incorrect order. I ordered an egg McMuffin no Cheese and they gave me the wrong type of egg, no Canadian bacon, and they put cheese on it. I can't do the voice survey because they didn't give me a receipt so now the complaint is public 👎👎👎

Everything was fresh and it was honestly faster than usual too.
Step up ur game on other shifts and use this one as an example

The closers and Whoever hired the closers should be fired, sat at the window for 10 minutes before they even asked about my doordash order while waiting in line for an hour. I work at a McDonald’s by the way and service comes first.
