Wholly unsatisfying. The sundae was small and just had a tiny dollop of hot fudge. The fries were cold. Untrained and unfriendly people working there. Very disappointing.

I asked for unsweetened tea. They gave me a tea that was sweet. I told the worker. He said unsweetened. I said it tastes sweet. He said unsweetened. I don't think he fully understood. I didnt want to argue more. So i drove off. They also did not give a kids apple juice.

You could tell my eggs sat under a head lamp a bit to long, breakfast was over in 30 mins but they could've just cut it up a little and it would've looked way better. Other then that it was good.

Ordered online then came to pick up and had to wait in line 10+ minutes (which is fine but!), then they only gave me my drinks and said bye and didn't say anything about the missing food , when i politely asked the employee where my food was she was kind to me but then grabbed this woman who was incredibly rude in telling me it was "way past!!!" the time for my order and that she would only be giving me the drinks and not explaining anything more. I was still charged for the food I did not receive and left after the grinch faced lady yelled at me and stared me down.

Mcdonald's should be fast food chains with fast services. Not this location! I ordered through my mobile app ahead of time. When I reached the pick up drive thru window, the service lady had her back towards me for 10 minutes without any eye contacts. The other workers in the restaurant didn't look like they know what they are doing either. What a poor management!! When I finally got my food, it was cold and not fresh. On top of that, there were actual bits of chicken bones in my chicken nuggets!!! I expect a better service in Ann Arbor.
