The manager needs to have a talk with the lady at the drive-thru that be handing people their food, every other day she forgets something and at $10 to $15 for a McDonald's meal that's unacceptable! At this point I'm just done coming to this location!

Rudest people ever!! Absolutely no customer service. Ordered 1 lage coffee with 16 sugars and 4 creams, and 1 sausage biscuit at the drive-thru. The guy gave my total, I said thank you, then he responded with a very nast, rude "mmmm-hhmmm". Then to top it off the lady at the pickup window was rude too and only gave me 12 sugars. Rude and also can't count. I'll never come here again.

I asked for a large meal but changed it to a medium they didn’t give me a receipt and they price didn’t change by much they added another fry on there and barely wanted to give me my change back for the fry they added on. Honestly it was just very bad service all together and I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE EVER AGAIN .

Stopped by to purchase a Diet coke. When I stepped up to the counter to order, no one came to the register. I stepped over to the kiosk to order and pay, but the only option is with a card and I with a $1.90 order I would like to pay with cash. I stepped back to the counter and hoped to order a drink only to have two employees look at me and turn their backs to me and pull out their phones, and continue to talk to one another. It would have been nice to have some attention at the counter.

Clean, nice people. One of the Managers was really nice and the other was not very nice at all. I'm glad they had two on duty to help with my situation.
This is the absolute worst Mcdonalds ever!! The location is Lohr rd in ann arbor mi. Last couple of visits here my order was wrong or they did not even have it when I pulled up to the window. Had to go into lobby to get it corrected. There were at least 2 other dissatisfied customers in the lobby. One said to me "the people behind the counter don't like to make eye contact". In other words they were ignoring the customers! I had to step partially behind the counter before anyone acknowledged me and address my WRONG order. Very frustrating! We go to McDonald's expecting decent service and this was the absolute worst! I will never go back to this mcdonalds and I would tell other people to STAY AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALDS!!!

I have made 3 different orders from this location and every single one has been messed up! I never get the sauces i ordered. I always order extra sauces on the app and I never get them! The food has also been cold once and this last order we had a burger missing a bun!
