We are from out of town/state and place an order with the app, when I arrived my app would not allow me to check I'm here. When I told the manger he try to figure out the issue, when that did not work he quickly rang my new order (same thing) and got me on my way. Thank you for the kind service!

The employees are rude. I waited 15 minutes in an empty restaurant. My bacon McGriddle had 1/2 a strip of bacon on it and our McMuffins weren’t even toasted.

Usually pretty good but I may not return again after the burger I received today. I stood in line and waitied 7 minutes or so as if my burger was being made fresh. Was old and dried out. Didn’t find out until I got to work and sat down to eat it

Absolutely horrible experience. I order, wait on drive thru for over 10 minutes, check on at the first window, then another girl comes and starts asking what i have i show her my receipt and she just slams the window shut. Then I wait more at the next window and some guy shoves my food at me without saying anything. I drive away, eat the fries which are completely cold and soggy. Reach for my burger and they gave me nuggets, which i definitely didn't order and were also soggy and cold. Horrible...

Food is okay but the way are terrible at getting it right, I ask for a burger NO ONIONS guess what? Onions, been here 4 times same thing happened but today I went and asked for 2 medium fries and 2 large cokes, only 1 per. The cashier was incompetent and couldn’t help
We waited a bit in the drive thru line but, the reward was hot, fresh, fries with just the right amount of salt. My mom kept repeating, "these are so good!" "these are so good!"
