This McDonald’s is the absolute worst. I’m a college student and I only go there because it’s so convenient for me to be able to get something to eat, but most of the time My orders are always wrong. There’s always some smart Alec taking my order or some unprofessional person at the window just the other day. I ordered a six piece nugget. I opened my box and there was only four another example I ordered make double and an ice cream cone Turns out they did not give me my ice cream cone. Another example I ordered a chicken sandwich with no lettuce. I end up receiving a spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce. Just please do better.

Ordered on the app. Went through drive through. Got to window and they couldn't find our order. After awhile we got our cold food. Called restaurant but no answer.
I've been here a few times, gonna blow all my points and never return. They close earlier than posted, purposefully lose mobile orders and tell you your at the wrong location trying to gaslight you. This morning 11/09/24 at 10a: I ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg, I get home theres no egg, I go all the way back to get it fixed, and it's the wrong type of egg, I've worked for McDonald's before; NO WHERE do their builds state that folded egg goes on a sausage McMuffin. They refuse to answer their phone as well, I'll be talking to their GM on Monday and God help whoever has to run this POS of a restaurant.

The young lady in drive thru could barely be heard over speaker and didn't seem to care when I mentioned it. I had to have her re-enter my order because she had it ALL wrong. Also, why do I have to ask for napkins??
