We chose this restaurant because of many positive reviews. However, we got dossapointed, the food was not so good, salty meet and sour tomato souse on top of pasta made it hard for me to eat. The waiter's communication with customers could be improved. I gave two star because of the cleanliness of the place and warm greetings when we entered.

My husband and I fell in love with this place. We both enjoy good Mediterranean cuisine and are very happy to have discovered this restaurant when me moved to the area.
Everything we had here was delicious. My most favorite main dish would be the classic chicken kebabs with lemon potatoes, they make them just perfect.
But the main reason we keep coming here is actually their appetizer of patatas bravas. They are the best potatoes I ever had and are amazing every time.
I also always have their Tarta de Santiago. It’s a light dessert with a unique taste and texture. And it’s gluten free.
The waiters are very pleasant, professional and helpful.
The atmosphere is just right, calm and relaxed.
We can’t wait to come here every month.

Update: our last few visits here were disappointing, our favorite dishes were different not in a good way, including my ever beloved patatas bravas, would not recommend them now. Overall the dishes now are made with cheaper ingredients and / or missing some ingredients they used to have. They have a new chef which is probably part of the changes. We are sad that we lost one of our favorite places to eat. The staff is still wonderful though.

From the moment I arrived, the service was welcoming and attentive. Here's what I enjoyed: -Pears & Arugula Salad — fresh and perfectly balanced -Taleggio Pappardelle — oh my goodness... absolutely delicious -Tarta de Santiago — while almonds aren't my favorite, I can appreciate why this dessert is a classic ** Event-friendly bonus: Mediterrano is a fantastic option for private events, with space for up to 80 guests in one private dining room and 10–14 guests in a second PDR. The service and cuisine make it an easy recommendation for gatherings that call for both quality and warmth.

Our waitress was very pleasant and generally good but we did have to remind her to refill our drinks. Patatas bravas needed salt and we're a touch undercooked. Our pasta dishes were good and a fair value (for Ann Arbor pricing). Pear tart was meh. I would go back but would not order the patatas bravas or dessert again.

My wife and I decided to check this place out because it was near by and has picturesque Mediterranean dishes.
We started with bread service and lamb lollipops. This was the only Mediterranean place I've been to where bread was not an automatic starter, but it's cheap enough that it is fine. The taramasalata that came with bread service was very good (if you like fish & olives). The lamb lollipops were juicy and tender.
For mains, we ordered Gnocchi Asiago and Taleggio Pappardelle. both dishes were in perfect portions. The Gnocchi Asiago was a colorful and summery dish. The gnocchi itself was a bit doughy, the kind that finds itself easily sticking to teeth. However this was made up for by the mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and basil pesto. The Taleggio Pappardelle hit all the right spots; creamy, savory, delicious.
I was a bit turned-off by having three different servers despite the restaurant being almost empty. Also, the last of whom thought it appropriate to sit down next to me while I signed the check. This made both me and my wife somewhat uncomfortable. Not a classy move. We'll be sticking with Paesano for Mediterranean food instead.

Jamie Z was our server and she was great. The food was delicious, I had the lasagna. It was just a tad too greasy but that's the nature when cooking with sausage. My wife and daughter enjoyed their meals as well. I would definitely go back.

We love Mediterrano and we dine there often. The servers are great and many of them have been there for a long time. The food is wonderful and the ambience is perfect. It's nice to have a great meal with great service and a noise level that makes conversations easy to enjoy.

Had a wonderful New Year's Eve dinner. The menu was more limited than normal, but had many options to select from. Awesome bread, salmon and crab meals cooked perfectly and served hot! Nice wine selection. Waitstaff was friendly and professional. We went early so I could not get a sense of the vibe and would like to go back to experience again.
