Friendly service, reasonable prices, and a great collection of whole bean coffees (with scent holes, so you can smell the brew scent before the purchase...both fun and helpful). We were given lots of patience to peruse the menu, lots of choices, even four types of milk... you can absolutely have your drink the way you want it. I had the ginger snap latte and it was quite good, full of flavor and the perfect amount of sweetness. Can't wait to try my coffee bean purchase (I got the Black Diamond). Would definitely come in again.

Fine. Comfortable. Low key, average priced coffee establishment. I only get the coffee here, which is good.

This is the best coffee shop I've ever been too. The staff is great. Thanks for the great beans.

Dave's Dark Decaf is very good dark-roast coffee, and is truly decaffeinated. Many other brands claim to be decaf, and while they taste good, here I am, two hours after a cup of someone else's decaf, still feeling jittery.

They have fantastic coffee. It is their signature that their coffee is just warm so you'd want to finish it earlier before it becomes cold. It might be a little mild for people who are used to strong coffee. For me, it is just a different type but it is well blended. It is a place to hang out with friends over coffee or get some work done on WiFi. It has lots of natural lighting with all the windows. They have plenty of seats with outlets. Their barista was pretty kind and nice. Specifically speaking, - Ambiance 10/10 - Cleanliness 10/10 - Barista 10/10 - Working Vibe 10/10 - Noise 8/10 - Coffee 10/10 - Tea quality 8/10 - Tea variety 8/10 - Pastries quality 10/10 - Pastries variety 5/10

Would love to try. But cannot support a anti-union establishment. ?‍♂️

Excellent coffee, excellent service. The staff are always kind when I come in and even if it takes a few minutes to get the coffee due to it being busy I'm always extremely satisfied with whatever I get.

Ordered a brown sugar sea salt latte and I honestly think there’s less salt in a McDonald’s Big Mac. Sorry! I don’t taste any brown sugar or sweetness at all and it was just very, very salty. I had high hopes! Customer service was good though.

Indeed, Mighty Good coffee.

Not the greatest staff but they have very good and tasty coffee beans ??

They roast the best coffee beans I've had in Michigan. I particularly like the espresso blend

WHY IS THE EMPLOYEE ONLY WEARING A FACE SHIELD RIGHT NOW. I’m sorry the mask mandate is a serious thing especially if you’re in the food operator business, this establishment is acting very classy right now. Get your act together, where is the owner presence???? Clearly absent from its bread and butter.

What draws me back to certain cafes is not just the coffee, though that's obviously really important. It's the intangibles. For instance, at Mighty Good, the baristas and overall management aren't snobs. They are there to answer your questions, however obvious or basic they may seem. You don't feel like you have to be someone else. They meet you where you are. The atmosphere is fascinating too. Each seat is well lit so that if you need to get into the zone, there's bright lighting to stay awake and focus. At the same time, the music and overall vibes make you feel included. It's hard to explain, and you'll have to come for yourself to see what I mean. Okay, now the actual coffee and food. I've tried their pour-over, and it's quite good. Beans are always fresh, and baristas know what they are doing. In the picture is an iced brown sugar latte. The milk is fresh (which is really important), and the sweetness is enough to satisfy your sugar tooth without making one chug down water afterwards. The same goes for the pastries. From what i've had, the pastries are fresh and not too sweet. If you have the extra $ to splurge, i'd definitely recommend getting a pastry to pair with your coffee. Lastly, the price has been mentioned in other reviews to be over-priced. While this is true relative to other coffee spots in Ann Arbor, MGC is located in Arbor Hills, next to Whole Foods. This is NOT a cheap place to be. I'm more than okay with the prices because you're pretty much guaranteed a satisfactory time with friendly folks and good coffee. And if you're not, the employees will make sure you do.

In a word...terrible. Stopped by at about 2pm today (Saturday). Unfriendly employees. Ordered a coffee of the day. Was stale and at best luke warm. Not worth it.
