It pains me to do this, because the chicken tenders are so good...but I their gift card situation is mess.I was gifted $100 Mister Spots gift card and I'm unable to use it with an online order or over the phone for carryout or delivery. The only way they'll let me use it is if I physically walk into the store to use the card.Just feels archaic to have to place an order in-person every time. Also the food makes me sick every time I eat it, but might just be a me thing.

I kind of get the vibe that this place is a "cult classic", especially among the students. I tried for the first time on what I imagine was a busy night - we ordered delivery (via DoorDash, the direct website's delivery ordering didn't extend to our Ann Arbor address) a couple hours before the Detroit Lions hosted their first playoff game in 30+ years - Go Lions!!! Food arrived still nice and warm. We got some hot sauce wings, some garlic parmesan wings, waffle fries, a 6in philly original, and tossed salad. The wings were good! Not the best ever in my opinion, and small/medium sized, but good amount of sauce (not too much or too little) and good chicken. I liked both flavors but preferred the hot sauce ones. The waffle fries were excellent - crispy and fluffy at the same time. I tried a bite of the philly original and it was ok - looked kind of small to me but I appreciated that it didn't bulk up size with just a lot of bread. Salad was ok - did its job of getting us some greens, and definitely better than no salad option / salads at other wing spots. Overall I enjoyed Mr Spots but maybe don't totally get all the hype all the way.

Delicious! Ordered a cheesesteak with cheese fries. Fries stayed crispy even with the cheese on. Great old skool vibes inside, staff is very friendly.

Food was good, I think previous customers overhyped my expectations. Short wait time.

My mom went to school in Ann Arbor and since the first time she brought me on campus and specifically to mr spots it's all I can ever think of. I live in California and I always think about the food with sadness in my heart that I can't eat it everyday lol.

They have most of the right ingredients, but need to change the cheese, they need a cheese with a higher melting point, like American cheese. And more steak per

Parking: Would not recommend it was a joke trying to find anywhere to park. The chili cheese fries were overly salty the bun for the Philly was subpar. If I was walking through the area I might stop. I would not go out of my way to stop here again. ?

A perennial favorite. If you need a dose of campus "cuisine" this will make you right. Also great shakes.Pretty simple seating set up, with monitors to watch sports.

2.5 if I could. Was expecting much better based off what I’ve heard from others. Possibly it was an off night, but I’m not sure I’d return either way. I ordered online, and was quoted a wait time of 25 minutes, so I arrived ~30 minutes after I placed the order. It was not ready when I arrived, no biggie, I assumed since it was Friday they were busy and it would be maybe 10 minutes longer. I waited 30 minutes for the order before asking an employee about it again, and then my order was promptly pulled out of the food warmer, meaning it had been sitting there for a while without me being notified that it was ready, even though I was standing right there. Food itself didn’t hold up to reviews. Onion rings were burnt, and therefore extremely bitter, fries were slightly burnt, and the mozzarella sticks were still cold in the middle. The cheesesteak was pretty decent. Overall, it was an unpleasant and disappointing experience for something I was pretty excited to try.

Great counter service shop for cheesesteaks and wings. We had the classic with beef as well as the buffalo and bbq wings. Cheesesteak hoagie was fluffy and fresh, melty cheese and well seasoned steak made a good combo. Wings were crispy and a good size. Overall a no frills place with good execution and value. Awesome for game days! Will be back

Cheesesteak sandwich shop. It was delicious and had a flavor I liked.A cheesesteak sandwich costs about $9 including tip.Next time I want to try a different flavor and go again for lunch.

OMG! Soooooo good. If you could only get one item off their menu, make sure it's the cheesesteak with extra cheese. The meat was tender, the cheese was cheesing, and the roll was soft. I also got the fries which were delivered cold, but seasoned. I'm that toxic person who has to get something sweet when I eat something salty/savory so I also ordered the chocolate malt milkshake and that was great as well. If only my stomach was big enough to finish it all, but at least I have leftovers. This was easily one of the best cheesesteaks I've had outside of Philly.
