My family ordered Moe’s for the first time last night. We got regular chicken tenders and fries, vegan chicken and waffles, a vegan chicken sandwich, and vegan chicken bites. We enjoyed it all! I particularly liked the vegan chicken bites, fries and Moe’s sauce! Ordering was easy, pick up was smooth, and it was an overall great experience. Thank you for bringing more vegan food to the area!

This place is fantastic! The vegan menu fills a gap in the Ann Arbor food world that I didn't even realize I was longing for- good vegan bar food! The vegan shakes, vegan sloppy moe, and vegan chicken sandwich are among our favorites. The prices are great and the food is delicious. The service when calling to place an order and picking up curbside is also great, everyone has been very friendly and helpful.

Delicious vegan food! The portions are great given the price--I was honestly so surprised when I saw how much food I got after spending so little. Spending this much at any other vegan place you would get less than half of what you get here. Not to mention, the vegan chicken sandwich and vegan smash burger were both delicious. Can't wait to get take out from here again!

After seeing lots of local ads about the vegan offerings I picked up some of their food tonight. Lentil burger was fine and I’m sure the french fries are great when they have not traveled. However the vegan chicken sandwiches were downright terrible. Store-bought brioche buns, super thin and tasteless chicken and the lettuce was so wilted it was brown. The chicken patty was chewy and tasted like something you would’ve gotten from the grocery store. The food was all fairly cheap which is good, but I cannot help but think they could’ve done a better job And charged a bit more. Will not be going back.

We are always looking for good vegan food in the area. We drove 1/2 hour to try Moe’s after hearing about their vegan options. They did not disappoint. As a matter of fact, the food was so good that we went back the next weekend. We highly recommend the vegan chicken and the vegan sloppy Moe fries. This isn’t the normal “throw a premade vegan option on the menu,” they spent time on this and it shows! Also, thank you for not charging more for vegan options!

My meat-eating friends all claim that the traditional chicken sandwich is the best they've ever had. What wonderful food and customer service! Our first experience with the Moe’s staff was accommodating and delicious. Their vegan options are awesome,and they even turned their vegan chicken sandwich into tenders for my padwans. Will definitely be ordering from them again and look forward to seeing them grow!

Trying to make an exchange my mail for a shirt I bought in the store on October 12 2012. 2012 is almost over still no exchange. Many emails and phone calls After they sent me a return label and nobody cares. Probably the worst customer service ever. I just open a Yelp account and filed my first ever complaint with the better business bureau, because nobody a Moes will help me. BEWARE
