We love the cookies, cookie cakes, and brownies from Mrs. Fields at Briarwood, their service is always very friendly and the designs are beautiful. They can deliver to local locations including U of M dorms and they also have gluten free options!

I stopped by Mrs. Field’s today in hopes I could get a cookie slice for my dad’s birthday. The slices in the display had a beautiful floral design, but in hopes to match his style a bit more I asked the employee if there was any chance of taking off the flowers and adding green for him instead. To say the least Rowan was happy to help and did the most amazing design on a rather small canvas if you will for my dad (and very efficiently might I add). Thank you so much Mrs. Field’s and specifically Rowan for making my dad’s birthday special!

Bad experience. I ordered a heart shape cookie cake with dark pink, light blue, and purple roses with little green leaves. They have a giant photo on the side of their booth I pointed to of the roses. My friend and I audibly said roses. I got light pink, white, and what looks to be navy flowers. No green leaves. Not roses like we asked. Weird little dots on the flowers we got. Probably because they realized they needed to put light blue somewhere and forgot to. I ordered 5 days ahead of time. But this felt last minute and rushed. The child at the counter said he could give me a couple free cookies for the inconvenience. We didnt want that. It's a pretty cake, don't get me wrong. But it's not what I specifically asked for... it's not what I specifically paid $50 for. And we couldn't hardly eat it. It just crumbled because it was greasy wet on the bottom, and raw. Pictures are of my order, my cake, the light blue and dark pink colors it should've been, and the roses it should've been.

What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service provided by Judy and Rowan. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, and it made the whole experience even more delightful.

We have been coming here for years and the cookies never fail us!! We have bought their cookie cakes which are always a treat at parties. Mrs. Field's cookies are always freshly baked and never stale. Brought our little toddler with us today and she loves the cookies!! She asked for more this evening before going to bed. It looks like we may have to go back and get more tomorrow!!

I’ve been coming here a long time! Cookies have always been consistently delicious (white chocolate macadamia is my fav). They are warm/fresh out of the oven and service is always fast. I never have to wait and it’s usually my first stop when I go to the mall.
