The workers are super kind and always do an awesome job making my food, best place to go in town! The sweet and spicy chicken is the bomb ya gotta try it

This place slipped...and fell...and went from one of my favorite places in AA...to totally meh. The last three times I ate there (on campus and out by Busch's) were the LAST three times. Find Thai food somewhere else or you'll be mad.

I came here twice while working in Ann arbor. The first time I came, I was very happy with my standard order- I felt like it was better than what I usually get at the Brighton location because they really followed through on my upcharge of extra sauce. The staff at the register were also much friendlier than the Brighton store.

There were a few issues though.

The second time I came in I ordered my food for dining in, and it was ready suspiciously quickly. Like 75 seconds. I was unsettled, because up until this visit I had believed that at least SOME portion of my meal was cooked to order. But it turns out it was all there ready to go just needing to be heated up a little bit. When I ate it, it was lukewarm and not hot.

The other item that was subpar was the soda machine. The Coca-Cola tasted a bit like bleach.

Finally, I am uncomfortable with the aggressive tipping prompts here.

I'm actually obsessed with No Thai. The food is so good and the flavor is amazing not just spicy.

The food was very mediocre, lacking any standout flavors. On top of that, the service was minimal at best.

Worst No Thai of all locations!! Rangoons were burnt and super waxy on bottom,no crab in them at all. They put NO sauce on the Pad Thai and then charged me for extra when they're was none on it to begin with. Poor customer service. I visit locations quite regularly and this one is consistently bad.

Rude service.

I picked up an order on May 7 at this location. When paying the bill I checked no tip on the keyboard. To my surprise my receipt showed a tip for $1.65. When I pointed this out to the cashier she acted indignant as if I was pestering her. I asked that the tip be removed and she called a guy over who said he’d removed it but he couldn’t give me a new receipt. Not ideal but I left.

When I got home I received another surprise, my order was wrong! I had ordered Gang Ped and I recognized immediately that it wasn’t Gang Ped as it had corn and broccoli in it which is not in Gang Ped.
So, I drive twelve minutes back to the store to express my dismay. Once, there I asked for the manager. Some guy named Joe came over and claimed to be the manager. Once I explained the situation he expressed no remorse, gave no apologies whatsoever. I asked for a refund and a receipt.

After several minutes of fidgeting with the register he stated that he wasn’t able to print a receipt for the refund. I told him I’d never step into a No Thai restaurant again! Incompetent staff and incompetent management ! Who needs it??

One of the top quality, serving size, and fresh No Thai location within the area never dissapoints and have you in and out satisfied on a indulging food driven Euphoric experience.

Son and Hubby really liked this place. I found it...meh. My food was luke warm temperature, but with a medium spice level, there was all heat and no flavor. I would definitely go for a stir fry instead of prepared meal next time. Seemed to be hit and fresh for the hubby.

I order take out from here all the time and I have yet to experience anything but great food and a friendly staff.

Horrible food, ordered pad see ee noodles and no thai fried rice , tastes very awful, this restaurant lost its glory, previously was better tasting, now dont recommend
