Staff is always good about informing of the wait, but they are always understaffed and the wait is always 30-60 mins, which isn't acceptable.

Not what I expected at all. I called to ask about the pasta and why it was dry and was told to expect light to no sauce is what I should expect. Also they only use 2 scoops of alfredo sauce. And was told that there was nothing they could do about my not so good experience. Food was bland at most good luck if you eat here and ask for extra extra sauce.

Restaurant and kitchen were very dirty and the silverware I was given was covered in old food, really disgusting.

The workers were super sweet even though I was having a rough time (because of chronic illness). Chicken soup delicious, bread delicious, service amazing.

We need to pay more attention to the customer
The girl who helped me was kind, but they don't work very fast and many people waiting for mediation were missing, the morning lady didn't know the direction to her business either, you have to organize well if you want to maintain your establishment 😕

It looks much better than it tastes. My japanese pan noodles were very dry. The potstickers lacked flavor and both dishes had the texture and a flavor pallette of cardboard. Chicken parmesean had the best flavor, but still isn't saying much. I won't risk a second try.

When walked in two employees where standing by the order counter. They didn't even look at us. Then a person trying to open cups walked up, when an other employees was talking to her. The one still tryingbto open the cups said how can I help you, I tried to order but she was distracted by the cup and the other employee that was talking to her, that person could see that we where there and she was trying to open the cups and try to take our order. Then when the food arrived, the person I was with food was steaming hot. However my noodles were undercooked and cold, the sauce was cold and the cheese didn't even melt. I ate my food because I was not just going to wait for 10 minutes for them to heat up my food. As well please keep in mind the two of us were the only customer in the place.

Ordered off the store website, they subcontracted through doordash. Store didn't put my drinks in the bag for the dasher, dasher didn't read the receipt and pick them up. I hate going through doordash for how forgetful and lazy their drivers are. N&C refused to take responsibility for their mistake and their subcontractor's mistake. Refused to schedule a replacement delivery. I had to pay another service to deliver me drinks and pay an additional delivery charge and tip. Would go lower than 1 star if I could, colossal waste of my time and abysmal customer service from whoever they put on the phone to talk to me. Lying through her teeth about how she's not the third party service and has no way to schedule a redelivery when N&C are the ones choosing the subcontracting delivery service and has every ability to call them to correct a problem as a business contracted with doordash for a delivery service. Don't waste your time and money, you will be disappointed. They also burn the hell out of the parm chicken, I've gotten it black 3x times from this location because their cooks can't do their job.

A guy was packing all the food, he was putting his finger in his mouth. I think that's not hygienic at all. He was wearing a blue t shirt, don’t know his name.

Got mild food poisoning. We were starving and even though food was all over the kitchen floor (see photo) we still decided to eat here, bad idea.

I went to this restaurant and had Japanese pan noodles and Pad Thai noodles. It was really horrible. Portion was very small. Broccoli was not at all cooked. There was some weird smell in both the dishes. Even the restaurant was not clean. It was stinky. I would never recommend this to anyone.

I moved to this area a few months ago. Over the last few years I have probably dined at Noodles & Company 10 to 12 times not too often simply because there's not many locations where I am originally from. I ate at the Noodles & Company next to University about 6 weeks ago and I enjoyed the food but I felt like I had interrupted the staff. Just being truthful and I don't like saying that but I believe in honesty for a review. I came to this location a few weeks ago and immediately I noticed how the place was packed. I've never experienced but myself only dining at other locations. I thought well they must be going something right here in addition to the food being excellent because the food is excellent at all the locations. The service here is outstanding. I came back today and the woman who greeted me and took my order was unbelievably pleasant. She was enthusiastic in her approach and I could tell she was sincere. She made my experience delightful. I love having a sense of welcome. Who doesn't? As I was leaving I went back up to the counter and I asked her for her first name. Her name is Josie and I found out she is the general manager. I had noticed the behavior of some of the other employees who equally were demonstrating hospitable character. Of course it would make sense because it always starts at the top.j Josie has set an excellent tone for these people to reach and they most definitely embody it.
I'm grateful. And of course I will be back.
