The food ok but the chicken was so overdone and hard to chew. The kids meals were missing their apple sauces
Painfully average pasta. Uncooked veggies. Bad side dishes ahoy. Don't. Just don't.
The employees will always ignore you for at least two minutes every time you come in. My friends and i just ordered and my order came with no cheese (dish comes with cheese), my friends had no feta (she added feta for an up charge), and my other friends came with parm (she requested no parm and has a dairy allergy). The food is good but there’s always something going on.
One of the managers who takes orders acts like it’s a burden to assist customers with their orders. He doesn’t welcome anyone in or have good customer service. While letting him know that I was there to pick up an order, he literally just walked away. Outside of that, say for instance you request to NOT have a specific ingredient in the meal? You can literally see them picking it out behind the counter. If someone was super allergic to something, that would be bad. They also barely put enough sauce without you having to purchase extra sauce for the dish. I would go to other locations before this one.
The food was great and the service was excellent. We went at 6pm on a Saturday and it was packed but the staffed handled it well.
Ordered online and the tracker said it was ready before I arrived. Got there and was told it wasn't done. Asked again after 20 minutes and same girl said it wasn't done even though tracker said it was. 30 minutes after arriving, I ask someone else because this is insane even though they're busy. My order had just been sitting on the counter since I arrived.
Food was fresh and hot. Great service - restaurant needed some attention.
Staff is always good about informing of the wait, but they are always understaffed and the wait is always 30-60 mins, which isn't acceptable.

Not what I expected at all. I called to ask about the pasta and why it was dry and was told to expect light to no sauce is what I should expect. Also they only use 2 scoops of alfredo sauce. And was told that there was nothing they could do about my not so good experience. Food was bland at most good luck if you eat here and ask for extra extra sauce.

Restaurant and kitchen were very dirty and the silverware I was given was covered in old food, really disgusting.

The workers were super sweet even though I was having a rough time (because of chronic illness). Chicken soup delicious, bread delicious, service amazing.

We need to pay more attention to the customer
The girl who helped me was kind, but they don't work very fast and many people waiting for mediation were missing, the morning lady didn't know the direction to her business either, you have to organize well if you want to maintain your establishment 😕

It looks much better than it tastes. My japanese pan noodles were very dry. The potstickers lacked flavor and both dishes had the texture and a flavor pallette of cardboard. Chicken parmesean had the best flavor, but still isn't saying much. I won't risk a second try.
