Last couple of times we have come here, the service has been awful. They often times tell you if attempting to dine in that you will need to wait 20-30 min to even order. The woman who works the counter is often very rude. So I figured the next couple go arounds I would try ordering ahead through the app for pick up in the drive thru. I gave them a future order of 1 hour and when I got there they told me they had too many orders and I would have to wait 20 more minutes. So, we wait the 20 min since I had paid and the kids love the Mac n cheese, go back through the drive through and it's another 15 min wait. We used to love coming here but probably won't be going back after these latest experiences
