Dude with the beard is a complete jerk. Walked in asking for a restroom and notified my the restroom is only available to customers. Stated id buy something first so I could use the restroom and he proceeded to say I could not. Terrible service. Wonder what else they do to their customers.

Very authentic Levantine food! Incredible customer service closest taste of home in the entire city. 100% recommend to anyone who is interested in tasting authentic Levantine food. Anyone saying this is mediocre levantine food has never stepped foot in the Middle East.

I recently visited Oasis Grill and ordered the Shish Tawook Lunch special. According to the menu on their website, this meal is supposed to include two grilled chicken kabobs, along with rice, pickles, homemade garlic sauce, and a side of hummus and pita, all for $11.50. However, when my order arrived, I only received one skewer.
When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, they were quite rude and dismissive, insisting that the lunch special is cheaper and therefore only includes one skewer. This is misleading and disappointing, as it contradicts the information provided on their website.
I expect to receive what is advertised, and the unprofessional attitude of the staff only added to the negative experience. I hope the management addresses this discrepancy and trains their staff to handle customer concerns more respectfully

We had a very pleasant experience at Oasis Grill. We chose this place for the vegetarian and vegan options and we were so excited to find that everything was very delicious. The falafel bowl was very well balanced and filling and the baba ganoush was very flavorful. If you want a healthy, quick, affordable bite, this is definitely the place!

There was a clear lack of willingness to accommodate a basic request, and their abrupt handling of the situation left a bad taste in my mouth.
