Did not get the sandwich that we ordered. Food was burned and very slow to come out
They could not get the order correct
When the food finally came everyone in the party was already finished eating
Management did not understand the problem
Very disappointed and will not go back
We thought we had reservations, got there 10 minutes early, after 25 minutes asked about our reservation and was advised they didn't do reservations. We would have another 30 minute wait. They could have told us that when we arrived and we would have gone somewhere else. Conveying the message with tone and basically being told we could go somewhere else was a great suggestion.
