Poor service and food. The waiter who was also working the bar was not friendly at all. My steak wasn't cooked right it was over done so i canceled it. A manager or my waiter never came to my table to speak with me about the issue. Everyone walks around with a frown. Poor attitude, i didn't leave a tip that's how bad service was. I will not reture to outback( ann arbor). The staff needs more training on customer service they are lacking that

If you have a party more than six you will not be seated together. We made reservations on the phone and were not told of this. Our party of ten was split across the isle kids and one adult and the other six adults at the other table. It was not an optimal experience and they refused to let us have back to back tables yet others came in and were allowed to do so. We were also forced to have different waiters. Not at all what I would call a good experience. The waiters were good, the food so so except for the hair in my salad but the seating was terrible. No notice just here this is what you get. We will be choosing another place the next time we have a get together all because the corporate decision the management team made.

Came to celebrate but was so disappointed. First hair in onion soup then when steaks came another hair in mash potatoes. Gross twice. Manager came over and said kitchen staff wears hats as the kid delivering the food hair was hanging in his face and all-over every ones food. Double yuk texas roadhouse across the street. Hint

This place was really nice. Our waitress was amazing and polite and her speed of service was wonderful.
I absolutely LOVE both going to this restaurant or ordering it for home. I'm in a wheelchair and they always make sure I am comfortable and taken care of! The staff is attentive, fun and knowledgeable. The food is amazing, you definitely have to try the baked potato soup!!! 1,000% recommend!

As I have been in town on and off for awhile I always like stopping and getting a chicken salad from Outback wherever I am at. As I have ordered from here the past few times it always a hit or miss. Either I get a salad that could feed a family of 4 or I get one that could barely feed a small child. The chicken is either very fresh and a good amount or its over cooked, been out all day and a few scraps.
I always ask for no tomatoes and the same, they don't put them on or I get them even when the sticker on the container says 86 the tomatoes. Dressing? Barely any unless you like your salad dry , or I get back to my hotel and have no dressing. Last night same thing, ordered a side salad along with my chicken tender meal and got my broccoli side but no side salad. I always get the text shortly after asking about my experience and I feel they need to ask how they did we screw up your order today? As other reviews have said the same, the quality sucks. One spoke about Texas Roadhouse across the street is a better option and cheaper than what you pay for here and for what you get. I get things can happen but every time something has been wrong.

Food was terrible. My medium prime rib was overcooked and over seasoned and tough. My husband's medium well steak was rare. It was laughable at this point. And no salad dressing for our salads could be found. I am so sorry we ordered take out from here for our 34th anniversary. Waste of good money!
