Vegans/vegetarians beware! They list two broths on their menu as vegan/vegetarian. We tried to order them but happened to ask to confirm and were told that neither are vegan/vegetarian. We had a long back and forth discussing how misleading the menu is and how that could be a big issue with people who are strict. One of the best hot pot places in Ann Arbor! They have so many varieties of fresh ingredients to choose from. I love how you can choose up to 4 different soup bases to eat from for no extra charge. The food was great and so was the service. My friends and I loved this place!
Palace Tang is hands down one of the best hot pot places I’ve been to! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the ingredients are always fresh. The variety of broths and sauces is fantastic—there’s something for everyone, from mild to spicy.
