This is the first place I tried hot pot, and I’ve been back four times. It is absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. I especially love the golden broth with the sauce I make. very cleanly, and the service is great. One of my favorite restaurants in Ann Arbor.
We’ve been going to Palace Tang regularly for the last few months and they never disappoint! It’s the best, authentic comfort meal in the area and I always enjoy coming. Would recommend it to anyone!
Vegans/vegetarians beware! They list two broths on their menu as vegan/vegetarian. We tried to order them but happened to ask to confirm and were told that neither are vegan/vegetarian. We had a long back and forth discussing how misleading the menu is and how that could be a big issue with people who are strict. I'm not sure anything will be changed on the menu so I thought it'd be helpful to post here. Our only vegan/vegetarian option was boiling water as broth. Luckily...
