Pancheros Mexican Grill - Ann Arbor

Pancheros serves a purpose- with that purpose being that they serve mostly decent food that fills the void when Condado’s is already closed.

With that being said, they are not great at reading fairly straightforward orders and executing on those orders with fumbling the basics.

My fiance and I are vegan. Is it really that troublesome to just not toss cheese on every order mindlessly? Apparently lol.

Pancheros is the halfway point between taco bell and every other decent mexican joint in town. Make of that what you will lol.

Do you love burritos but those pesky ones in the freezer section always don't itch the scratch quite right? Then come here where you can get a burrito that actually weighs as much as a newborn while being too big for you handle in even 2 sittings, where you can laugh at the peasants eating their overpriced pizza and they still aren't satisfied while you'll be stuffed and praying to God your stomachs elasticity is enough to hold this monster. The price for these bad bois is low in comparison of what you get and will still be cheaper than that garbage taco bell order you had last night after the bar kicked you out.

Great value, similar to other Mexican fast casual restaurants - burrito bowls, tacos, quesadillas. Tried veggie bowl - rice, beans, veggies, queso,- good quality & value for money in a college town.

Always blasting music and the one time they had the music turned down the worker with long black dreads was wearing headphones and giving the customers attitude because he couldnt hear us over his music...

We're from out of town staying at the hospital with our grandson so we did door dash. The driver was half hour late picking up the order. By the time we got our food it was stone cold and almost $10 worth of food was missing! Restaurants phone isn't working and driver won't text back. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend ordering on line! Two pissed off customers !

Not the best service but I like that it's open late into the night ? Perfect for a late night munch. Pretty solid and not too expensive - good value.

Waited forever for the food to even be started and then watched as the people stopped working when they talked. I’m a door dasher - I could have done a whole other order while waiting. I hope I don’t get anymore orders here.
